Yup, was looking at the Grimspeed too but I preferred the look of the Blitz. Only downside is possible heat soak from the aluminum vs silicone but I am really happy with it so far. Blitz and HKS make some cool looking carbon fiber ones too but they are super expensive.
Was the active sound disconnected? (the fake engine sound through the speakers I mean) Thinking about getting this, it is the only reasonably priced intake hose from a reputable brand, other option is the Apexi one but it is literally just a silicone tube, I guess sound will not be as good
Possibly lower intake temperatures which could improve performance vs the metal tube. I would expect the sound level to be the same. Overall I would think its more of a cosmetic choice.
I have a Grimmspeed post MAF hose, sounds pretty similar but I think this one is a little crisper. Great to have options

Just wondering if anyone knows if this messes with the MAF at all because the air is less turbulent in the smooth pipe like this vs. the stock one.
It's post MAF, so it shouldn't affect the sensor readings. No check engine lights after two weeks.

Glad we could help! Did you get the just the suction kit or are you installing a filter along with it?
@@altezzadreams I actually picked up the blitz carbon power intake along with it!
Awesome! I heard some sound clips and that one sounds sooo good and looks great too.
@@altezzadreams ikr!! I'm so excited! :))
@@SavaJeZz I am so tempted to buy the carbon fiber version. Wanted to know your thoughts on it so far.
Do you think the carbon fiber version would have any improvements in performance/sound?

Both clips, 3rd gear just after 6000 rpm - what's that shudder? Slipping clutch?
No idea what you're talking about. The clutch is fine.
@@altezzadreams at 3:11 and 3:24, the camera shakes, the revs blip, and it sounds like the clutch slips.
@@noneofmybusiness9895 no, it doesn't
