I'm in Mobile AL, and a few years back I met a lady from Gabon at the bus station. Gabon has been on my radar ever since. Concerning Africa, I visited Egypt and Morocco. Your video has pushed Libreville higher on my travel list. Excellent video, Thanks!!!
Thanks cool. Glad I could help.
I was in Gabon in mid-August 2023 for about 11 days. I would go back in a HEARTBEAT!!
Good times
What a blessing to witness the grieving ceremony
Definitely 🙏🏿
People are so kind... it's been a good country and enriched of nature's, Beaches ❤
I can't wait to go back
I was a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Gabon 1990-92. Wonderful country. Next time you must go into the interior where the landscape is incredible and people also friendly. The country is 80% tropical rain forest and has many protected national parks. It takes more time and $$, but gives a more in depth view of the country.
They like Americans better than the French too!
Maybe. The rain forest sound a bit intimidating. But I might give it a try. Thanks.
Many thanks for advertising my beloved homeland : Gabon ❤
🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Very nice video with some insights on the local culture here. One popular attraction in Libreville is La Pointe Denis (beach resort across Libreville’s bay). It also has its own national park.
Thanks for the information. I'll try to visit that place during my next visit.
This was really good. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Kelsey. My Kampala, Uganda video drops on Wednesday. Tune it!

Gabon is definitely on my list for next year. I’ve traveled to a number of African countries, you’re right you don’t hear too much about this Country it looks interesting. Purpose for my visit to find out if there’s a memorial for the late Singer Oliver N Goma I like his music even though I don’t understand anything.
That's cool. When you go, hit me up and let me know what you think.
Superb, unique and immersive experience. Song track on 3:33 please
Thanks 🙏🏿. I don't remember the name of the track.
Journalist vibes 🔥
Thanks fam 🙏🏿

You're going to have a blast
Noone does a video of traveling to Gabon. This the first one I have seen. Libreville and Freetown means the same thing. I wonder if Libreville was founded by slaves or something
Possibly. I'd have to look into it.
My capital Libreville was founded by the former slaves. You right. @thirdCourt.
🇬🇦❤️
Bro I love ur vid😻do Libreville have cheaper area to rent? Love to move gabon to start a new life with my family
I'm not sure, fam. I was only there for vacation.

🇬🇦🇬🇦🇬🇦❤️🙏
🇬🇦 🇬🇦 🇬🇦 🙏🏿
Aloha & love the vid.
I read that United states passport holders don"t need a visa to enter Gabon. Was this the case for you? Just book a ticket and go?
Before my trip everything I read stated I could get a VISA on arrival, but when I got to the Airport the agents said I did not need one. So no, I didn't need a VISA to enter. But make sure you do solid research before your trip because things change.
Big thanks bro.@@travelconnect1
@@travelconnect1 Hey bro one more question. Did the Gabonese require Vaccine proof at any point during the journey? What would ya have to show um?
@@taonafiederer-sheppard1641 They might require the Yellow Fever vaccine if coming from a country with high risk of Yellow Fever. I always take might and give it to them just in case....but I don't remember if it was actually required. Check the end of the video. Did I mention it there?
@@travelconnect1 Yess bro, big ups!
I saw the end of this video, Just need to know how tough they are one vax requirements.
I reached out to the Gabonese international airport and they responded that I need Yellow fever, Tifauid fever, Meningitis, Tetanus & Hepatitis B...
I never done international travel, and no-one around here knows nothin'.
They askin for a ICVP card with all these vaxxs written on it? or is it individual paperwork for each one?
Peace
I am going to Libreville in 2 weeks, I am a US citizen and I need to have the visa to enter 🤷♀️
Prior to my visit, everything I read online said I needed a VISA and could get it on arrival at the airport in Gabon. However, when I arrived in Gabon, the customs agent said it is not required. Very confusing. Good luck.
Yes, you do need a visa to enter in Gabon 🇬🇦 as Gabonese people need a visa to go to the United States. It's the law.
@@travelconnect1 that's why I always go to an embassy to obtain a visa
I went to Gabon last summer with my US passport and DID NOT need a visa
I want to visit. My DNA results revealed that I’m related to the Akele.❤❤❤❤
Thanks cool
My country 🇬🇦
Beautiful country
