I am 20 weeks pregnant & I went through severe nausea in my first trimester. My doc recommended combination of Unisom 25mg with (doxylamine succinate) and vitamin B6 25mg. They are both over the counter medications. Unisom even helps you sleep. Or you can eat vitamin B6 rich food (Avocados 👌🏽)
Don't worry !! I was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum ( severe vomiting) till labour buy I coped it!! God bless you

Pregnancy related nausea can be managed with frequent, small meals better than three large meals. Protein and complex carbohydrates are often tolerated best, but fatty food increase nausea. Drinking liquids between meals instead of with meals often helps. At bedtime, a protein snack helps maintain glucose levels through the night. Eating a carbohydrate food such as dry toast or crackers before getting out of bed in the morning helps prevent nausea. Ginger root is also beneficial in reducing the episodes of vomiting. Too much nausea and vomiting can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
