Hey! Yes the deadline for the Cartier grants was today. You had to have your application in by 6pm. There are some others that have deadlines for today as well but the cut off time is midnight. Make sure you apply for what you can.
Not sure what you are seeing but none of the grants on this list have those qualifications. Can you share which grant you viewed and that was the requirement?

Some grants are available to those outside of the U.S. However, you will need to look at the details of each grant to make sure you would qualify.
The ones for Cartier shows expired and no longer available.

Do your own research
All the grants I looked at require a business to have high profits and at least $250k per year in overhead costs. I’m not there yet.
