Wait really I need to go back and check that scene. I am assuming it's the one where she opens the book back at the cabin. That's a really cool detail tho
It wasn't just about Puss's arrogance that had Death pursuing him, though it definitely played a large part. It was his attitude towards life in general. Death already doesn't like the fact that cats get nine lives while everyone else only gets one, finding the notion absurdly unfair (which is a very fair view, ngl). But he mostly tolerates it. No, what ticked him off was how Puss treated his lives, as little more than a safety net to do downright idiotic stunts. I mean, just look at his deaths. All brought on by his careless attitude, all easily avoidable. Because he valued his legend more than his lives. And because he didn't value his lives, and constantly mocked Death by saying he laughed in its face on a regular basis, by the time he was on his last life, Death was straight up fed up with his attitude, and decided he didn't deserve to live out his last life, just to frivolously waste it like the last eight. Because who better than Death itself would understand the true value of life? As he said, Puss had an unfair amount of lives, and didn't value any of them, that's why Death decided to take his last one personally. It was only when Puss was willing to fight to the bitter end, despite knowing full well it was hopeless, that nothing he did would stop Death for good, was Death willing to let him have that last life, though not before making sure Puss knew their next meeting was a question of when, not if.
Wow that is a beautiful explanation...it gave me a well rounded clarity of Death's intentions in relation with how Puss was treating his lives. I wonder what happens when they meet again...well I guess we have to find out
@@TobgiReacts next time they meet, puss will die. Either of old age or some idiotic stunts, no one is immortal but him so that's why Death said they will meet in the future, hopefully when puss is at an old age, ready to embrace him..
His name wasn't "lobo" though, that just means "wolf" in Spanish. Like how he called Puss "gato" sometimes, because that's Spanish for "cat". He told us his name pretty clearly, it's Death, straight up.
When Puss found out Lobo was Death he still called him Lobo. Death didnt mind in the slightest when someone called him lobo even after finding out he was Death. Dont recall Death correcting Puss when Puss called Death Lobo at any point

yoooo good movie
Thanks
Note, Perrito is a guy.
I see, thanks for letting me know...I got confused
The guy is death, the literal incarnation of a fundamental reality of the universe. That's the reason the star's power has no effect on him.
Ahh you mean when he walked through that star shield...yea that makes more sense now
The first letters of each sentence in Goldie's book reads, "What you want is in front of you."
It says you already have it
