A little modification I made to Chingary to run it Theater of the Mind: At the beginning of the ceremony the combatants choose either Strike, Feign, or Counter. The DM and player reveal their choices at the same time (Strike beats Fake, Fake beats Counter, and Counter beats Strike) and the winner gets to make an attack against the other. If they hit then that's it, game over. If they miss or each combatant choose the same move you reset and start again. I made a set of Strike-Feign-Counter cards with index cards so the player and I could have the dramatic flip over moment at the table. Loving all of your videos so much by the way!

It adds so much flavor, and I feel it really helps to "soften" the image of the Vistani from the past--in which they were characterized as simplistic, evil minions of Strahd. But this shows them to be complex people, who are really preferentially non-violent (even if they do have criminal elements among them), which I love. Adds a lot to the culture.

I really love doing all the grunt work in Foundry so the quick import isn't something I'm really looking for but your ideas and work is amazing and I want to use it.

I put a bit of unfairness on Zintori´s Chingary... At the beginning of his fight against a player, oil will be rubbed on both combatants, but HIS oil is magic (of course the other Vistani and the players does not know that). This oil prevents first 3 strikes against Zintori. The blade simply does not takes blood at all ! The oil may have an odd smell, different from the one used on the player... who knows what can happen then ?
Sounds exciting. Perhaps a check to see if the player notices something. If they do, perhaps they prove Zintori is cheating and then things go sideways.

You made them to weak. the Vistani are hated by everyone. so the Vistani need to be fighters when they need to be and they need to be very smart or they would be taken to the middle of town to show everyone what happens to the peaple that are Vistani, they would be tortured to death.
