The glistening, modern city of Shrike presents itself as a jewel of the world. Unlike the gutters of Koorong, Shrike has no visible poverty, and in fact has a lovely modern playground and bookstore -- very peaceful! But also found within Shrike is the Bio Research Lab, where Nasheera finds recruits both human and mystic to determine if there's a way to graft the mystic talents into human hosts. What could have driven a woman to such a pursuit...? The pursuit of forbidden truths can not bear guests....one must traverse this SaGa Frontier alone.
