My guest today is a master at doing just that. His name is Rudy Reyes. He is a former Marine Recon, author of his book, Hero Living, and host of the FOX hit show, Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. This hit me to the heart, I had shed couple tears. When Rudy was talking about taking his life. That’s so right, look after your mind, body, and spiritual.
