    The ZOHD Drift, despite its size, has proven to be a capable plane, which also impresses with its smart design and quick assembly and disassembly features. Paired with the ZOHD KoPilot and VC400 FPV system, it becomes even better, allowing beginners and advanced pilots alike to have a quick to deploy, fun, and capable FPV rig even for longer ranges, depending on your radio setup! If you go the LiIon route, 1 hour flights are possible, and I am just stunned how much space is available in this plane, despite its size! Adding a Matek mini flight controller would further expand its capabilities to include an OSD and autonomous waypoint missions!

    I wached this video and bought one. The biggest disapoitment was the glider speed. It's about 30 km/h. So, it is absolutly usless in long range flight. When I started my flight it was low wind on the ground. So, I flyed about 2 km away. When I decide to return, my speed was about 10km/h, it was like I froze in the air.

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  3 роки тому

      Well the 228 gram weight I was able to achieve, just as an estimation, was with a 450mAh 2S LiPo, not a 1000mAh one, so its understandable that it will be heavier with that one! Also, since you are still within 250 grams, you should be good as far as regulations go, if that is your concern!

      there is no osd on kopilot lite. there is no full version yet. if u want a full inav osd on this plane use a matek f411 wse. keep in mind it won’t be as beginner friendly this was and more expensive and require soldering

    Hey so on the maiden launch the nose went down and it lightly crashed very minimally in grass on the nose so I didn't think much of it went up to it only to find the tail completely broke out of the fuselage entire bottom corner that holds the tail imo complete junk very badly made no quality whatsoever. None of this plane is epp it's all epo very weak.i guess the reviewers got the better models.

      I don't see how reviewers could have gotten better review units! More to the point... mine came from Banggood a good deal of time AFTER it was already on sale... and it came from the regular stock! Guess there could have been a defect in the foam... or some other issue...

      In my experience it works well for beginners! Fish eye is ugly... but it is cheap and light... and fits in there from the factory... with no mods, which makes it even easier to use, especially by beginners!
