Oh. I love the drone footage from this Photo Adventure! It's so cool to see the bridge and tunnel from different angles after driving past them for years and only seeing them from the road. And your photos are beautiful! 🌲🌲🌲
Lovely advernture Misti, great drone bucket shot photo too. At 7:45 and 11:43 in when you were piloting the drone, it didn't look like the antennaes were unfolded on the RC, nice skill with the sticks though. The hoodies are quite nice too, unfortunately, I've never been a fan of wearing one. But they look nice on folks like you. 14:44 in right at the last of the video, the sky was on fire, did you pull over and shoot that sunset?!?
Glad you enjoyed it, TC! You must have an upgraded RC because our antennas are internal. I wonder if the external ones are more powerful? I’ve never been one to wear a hoodie that wasn’t a zip hoodie, but I guess one of the benefits of needing to purchase merch for product shots is I get to try out different things. I found out that I actually quite like them! I wanted to pull over and photograph that sunset, but by the time we found a pullout, it had faded too fast. I made sure I got some video though, and we just enjoyed the view from the road. But man, it was quite the burner! 🔥
Ahhh, Rambo! One of my favorite movies! 😁 Yes, it was a bit chilly, but not as bad as the sub zero temps a few weeks ago. This was actually quite a pleasant day for an Idaho winter.
Great video Misti! I travel that road a lot but with driving I don't get to see the scenery as much as I'd like to, got to pay attention to the driving. The bridge shots with the drone are really nice, great job!
Excellent drone work, Misti. How wonderful that you got the shot you have been pursuing for so long. This for me really sells the value of drones as part of the kit; this along with the one where the road was closed and only a drone saved your video intentions. Nice all around. Oh, I forgot to ask, does the railroad still use this track through this tunnel?
Thanks, I’m really trying to push myself more with the drone. I gotta say though, my palms were a little sweaty flying under that bridge! 😅 Drones too often get a bad rap, but they can be amazing tools for capturing views not many get to see. As far as I know, it’s a decommissioned track, but still privately owned. There was a scenic train ride a few years back that ran through there. It’s a shame it’s not still running, I would have loved that!
@@lovethatshotadventures Thanks so much for info about this. Yes, it would be really nice if it was still running. You use the drone well in my opinion, by the way.
Love this video soo much, Which drone model is what you use here? MIsty, What happends? No videos for two mounts, miss your videos. Take care. Micke from Sweden.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video, Micke! We have the DJI Mini Pro 3 drone and I’ve really liked how user friendly it’s been for our first drone. As far as where I’ve been… I had a job opportunity pop up that’s taken me away from video-making lately. But I’m still taking photos when I can and will share them here and there. We sure appreciate you!
That railway tunnel along with the rock formation is so unique!! Beautiful!!
Thanks for sharing!! :)
Glad you enjoyed it, Gord!
Really enjoyed this video Misty! I loved your hoodie and just had to have one, so I placed an order! Thanks for being an inspiration! ❤️😁📷
That’s awesome, Deb, thank you so much! I hope you love your new hoodie!! And I’m so happy to hear you enjoyed the adventure. 😊

Remember the fun we had, me begging Dad to “pull over, I just need a photo!!” Haha! 😁
Yes! I remember it well! And there were no places to pull over safely back then, that road is so dang busy! 😁
Well done! Great adventure!!!
It was so fun getting up in the mountains again, glad you enjoyed it!

Another lovely video. I did have visions of John Rambo appearing, looked freezing.

Actually, I do not have a bucket list. I'm good with that. I hope those who do, make it.
There’s definitely something to be said about living life as it comes. 👍🏻
