Ok it's official. I think you have a cool channel. I watched the barrel and hatchet video but I found you from looking up modtac reviews immediately after seeing it in the b&h video.
The only gripe that I have with the SH4 outside of the illumination, is that the magnification and parallax adjustments are backwards compared to all other scopes. But it doesn’t change how awesome the optic is for such a small price.
Was going to buy an EP4 before they discontinued it purely for size and price. Since they discontinued that model nothing they have interests me unfortunately.

I agree 100% on your SH4 assessment. Good heavy budget scope.

My friend just got a epl4 4-16 for a 18" ar15. Its a lighter optic and probably a better comparison to the Leupold.
