We have the same style of using miya... but instead of flicker I use sprint because it has less CD and when I need to chase or run someone, I use the combo ULT then SPRINT.
He just used the MM regular build set (Swift Boots, Haa's Claw, Scarlet Phantom, Berserker's Fury, Windtalker and Blade of Despair) to dominate to game lol.
