When enraged mino skill 2 is active, while he still have those blue aura around him, every damage that he takes will be converted into heal by i dunno what percentage ratio is, but that's basically the reason

I like Chou before this update with the damage reduction of 40%. I use Chou for tank before and now when I play fighter build chou is very squishy.
chou's hp should be buff and his Defense because he is very Squishy during the Early and late Game
