Hello. I'm in the process of planning a refresh on the same truck except mine is in a lot worst shape then yours. Anyways I'm wondering what are those body lift jacks called (3:04)? Perhaps you can send me a link to where you purchased them. Ty.
Hi , im glad your putting in the effort to get another middy healthy again , it will be worth it in the end , I still smile like a idiot driving mine years after . The jacks in the photo are modified Ebay caravan leveling jacks, I initially modified them to suite lifting toolboxes off my Ute ( added height to bottom section and castors to let it roll , and decent square tube to carry load with gussets ) also made some mounts to catch the factory fuel tank bolting position at back and front I think some holes where the gaurds bolted too . Unfortunately with out a car lift you have to get crafty like me , it can be done . Just search caravan jacks in ebay and I think they are around $200 for 4
Hello , the sentence came out fine . It is very satisfying getting a older vechicle reliable and back on the road . Real pleasure to drive compared to new cars . Thank you for watching ! And thank you to Japan for making my favourite vechicles !
Hi , cheers . I got very lucky and got mine from a very good friend that didn't use it . They are getting hard to find and getting pricey . Best chance is to join some landcruiser Facebook groups (BJ74 group and mid wheel base landcruiser group) As they are often advertised on there .
I dont like deep mud as well , but sometimes theres no choice to go around . This is why i didnt restore the paint becuase off road its only a matter of time before scratches happen .
Awesome! 😎
Mate looks great!!!! A lot of hard work paid off, awesome stuff
Cheers mate , yeah it was lots of work and im still tinkering 😄 . Much more enjoyable to drive compared to hilux

Thank you , still makes me smile everytime I see it and drive it .
