My WD3 arrived this morning and after I carefully took everything out of the box I found a broken piece of plastic in the bottom of the box. Took photos of where it had snapped off from and sent the photos to karcher, am awaiting their reply. 😭

Can you tell me what it's like using it wet with carpets? I want to use it almost like an extractor but I'm worried that it won't be able to suck the water out enough.

Thank you for this, but where do I hang my cable? I thought it would have an option to suck the cord back inside the hoover, but there is none available.
I cool it up and shove it under the handle. Agreed the cleaner could do with better cable management
How robust are the clips for holding it together?
Theyre plastic but solid enough
