Love it Jay! Wow ... First time I heard "Flesh and Blood" I almost cried - damn near perfect song, it had the magic of George's songwriting and Ray's heartfelt passion with perfect vocal technique. I almost cried because of their incredible chemistry and I knew that Ray was really sick. Ray gave it everything he had on that song because he knew his time was limited. He was headed to Japan to jam with Atsushi Yokozeki and just killed it on "Heartbreak". The guy knew his time was fading and he literally poured his life into those songs. The chemistry between Ray and George was off the scale ... what could have been ... Ray collaborating on an album or 2 with Lynch Mob. Thankfully, we have "Flesh and Blood" - my ALL TIME favorite George song. Soul, precision, power, passion and almost at a times a sense of desperation with Ray's vocals - just absolutely pushing the envelope with his art and George just killing it , just killing it with those chords and solo. My favorite George solo? Has to be this one. Favorite Dokken solo? Standing In The Shadows! One final thing - that was so cool and heartfelt with what you said at the end - you're sharing your art with all of us now and it's simply amazing. Cheers, Chris

Jay, absolutely loved this collaboration of Lynch solos! Your guitar playing is fantastic! I also loved that one live night vhs tape. The Alone Again, on it was my favorite version as well. I loved the intro that I had never heard done this way before. It was a little more story telling in the beginning of it. This was also the first introduction of a single coil version of the screaming deamon that George, used in his Stratocaster Style guitar. If you ever build another guitar, that would definitely be a great neck pickup to have in a guitar. Especially if planning on two different types of neck pickups, to choose between, for both types. The hot rails I remember sounded good as a neck pickup as well. I would probably have 4 pickups if I did a custom. I love both the screaming demon bridge pickup and the JB2. The sreaming demon isn't as high output as the JB2. The demon is more Lynchmob, while the JB2 is more Dokken sounding.

It's so easy to discredit George Lynch by cynical music enthusiasts. He was and still is an absolute demon. Whenever fans take a 10000ft look from the top at the way Lynch structures his riffs and solos, more often than not they're left perplexed. The song itself is kind of lame and I don't care for Robert Mason's singing at all but the song Dream Until Tomorrow has I think 2 epic solos, and the second one comes after that acoustic guitar and synth build up. In The Middle from the first Dokken record has a very nice ring to it. Love Finds away is another poorly written lame track but the guitar solo and even the backing vocals are a proof of extreme talent

It's so easy to discredit George Lynch by cynical music enthusiasts. He was and still is an absolute demon. Whenever fans take a 10000ft look from the top at the way Lynch structures his riffs and solos, more often than not they're left perplexed.

The song itself is kind of lame and I don't care for Robert Mason's singing at all but the song Dream Until Tomorrow has I think 2 epic solos, and the second one comes after that acoustic guitar and synth build up. In The Middle from the first Dokken record has a very nice ring to it. Love Finds away is another poorly written lame track but the guitar solo and even the backing vocals are a proof of extreme talent
