- Zoinks! It is finally here! The full reveal of our Scooby Doo Pinball machine. This is an action packed widebody game based around solving original series mysteries, collecting Scooby snacks, and having the ultimate Scooby Pinball Experience!! Featuring the iconic Voice Actors Frank Welker, Matthew Lillard, Kate Micucci, and Grey Griffin. Let's hop in the Mystery Machine and find some clues!

Fun fact.... Frank's real voice he used for Fred and he is also the voice for Megatron in Transformers!
Love the molded monsters, book case diverter, and apron locks. Can’t wait to see the integration of the mystery subway! Topper looks awesome.

Straight up: the machine looks awesome. Doesn't look like anything I have played before. Looks to be very well integrated with the theme. And looks fun!

I have not seen something this pretty from someone else than Stern for a long time!
Guns N Roses was pretty cool looking, but this is definitely one of the nicer looking games since Godzilla was shown.

Wow! I must say I'm impressed with this pin Spooky. Love the different shots and toys in this pin. This may be my first Spooky pin purchase. Great job and presentation!
This might be my second! I got Rick and Morty which is a tough one to play but I love that theme.

I have purchased three NIB from Spooky, put on free play for my local co-op so everyone can enjoy. We host leagues and tournaments for the local community. Each Spooky machine has had software issues and kept resetting, turning off, or freezing during competition. So I could never rely on them and eventually had to sell them. As a result, I swore off Spooky forever.
But this game... this is a freakin homerun. It's a HOMERUN! I am in awe. Spooky: bravo. I want to stand up and give you an ovation. This is spectacular, and the prices are also excellent. I mean, this might be the best thing that any company has done in the past 5-10 years.
But the software concerns..... how can I be sure to buy this game and not have the same issues as before?
You know what they say: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, three times, and then a fourth time.... shame on me.
interesting - this pin really looks amazing, but being in Hawaii, Its not easy to find someone to help with pin issues.... hmmm
I own Alice Cooper's Nightmare Castle and enjoy it, but also agree that compared to Stern Spooky has been a step down on stability quality of the machine. I seriously hope this machine is a step above the rest with build and software as that is what is needed for this to be a top 50 pinball game that looks like it could be. I had decided to stay away from Spooky after ACNC and Ultraman... but they have sucked me in for one more... and made me excited about it. Glad to know there are others out there that had similar quality concern experiences but excited too after seeing the unveiling.
exactly. crap code, rebooting, spitting out extra balls, poor build quality. I'm done with spooky 100%
There's no way to know it's anything near a homerun until you play it and it actually works for more than 10 straight plays. It can look good but play like trash or be buggy like many of their others unfortunately

Love it! Please use thread locker everywhere :-) You bass and shaker tend to loosen stuff up, which is awesome, but thread lock.

I feel the same, but in a different way. I always felt like the castle wall in Alice Cooper looked like a castle wall from Scooby Doo. I understand why they used a similar design, it was perfect for Scooby Doo

Nah Stern will be fine. They can make as many games in a month as Spooky can in a year, and have a super stable coding team which is the arena spooky has to prove they can rise to the challenge with. I think this is a blow to a struggling JJP that over stretched the price structure to what they give you in their last game. JJP's next game will have to compete with these Spooky features at this price and their current 50%+ price above Spooky for the CE is going to impact JJP sales the most. This is what a 10K machine should look like. American Pinball I bet is having a meeting on what their Tank game should be priced at seeing this and Toy Story launch. As much as I love Elwin and his games, I kind of hope the retro Bond flops if they ask 20K+ for it so that Stern knows that is not a solid pricing model.

Looks pretty, but the shots look as tight as Alice Cooper. Has Spooky learned yet that people don't like super tight shots?

@@Carp416 Neil isnt wrong lol. one or two tight shots is ok but if its every shot then it ruins the game. alice cooper is not fun bc all the shots are so tight and if you miss the ball floats around for 5 minutes with all the extra rubber! lol.

ACNC (I own it) has 9 very tight shots at the back end. This has 7 shots (Counting the middle shot on both as one even though both have 3 middle shots) on a wide body and the posts have been replaced with targets. Looking at the opening of shots they look 20% or so larger on Scooby over ACNC. I think this will shoot nice just comparing number and location of shots of ACNC to this new game.
This is a widebody pin with standard shot openings so…ya wrong 😑

Looks very cool! Juste the painted metal ramps look cheap, i can understand that fits the theme, but makes it look cheap. Hope the shots are not very hard to do as in the Alice Cooper.

I believe they said the wire forms are powder coated, not painted.

I want to love it cause it's Scooby Doo but I don't think Spooky pinball tables play well at all. I love the theme of Rick and Morty but the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired. Hope this machine isn't the same way.

They’ve got the best voice actors possible without holding a seance. You can definitely speculate about the gameplay or rules but the art and audio seem excellent.
