I have had mine since early May and it has been great. The reality is every company will have some issues with a percentage of games. Spooky at least helps and interacts with their customers.
Wow. I am rich and have lots of money! So much that I can spend thousands on not one, but MANY pinball machines! Then moan about them on youtube! Ok. Well here is an idea. Get a cloth, get some polish. Spray the polish on the cloth and wipe the playfield to clean it! Nothing in this life is perfect. Just be glad you can do this and play pinball and have all that cool stuff and enjoy it! You can have fun tweaking and fixing the pinball table as you go. Modify it to fix issues. Its mechanical so it will have problems from time to time! Its Christmas. Enjoy life as there are lots of people out there who cant.
Im here to provide a honest opinion or even a warning to other operators, and consumers. Ultimately you can make up your mind for yourself. As a business fixing and modifying a piece of equipment costs us time and money and is never a good thing

Very well, sometimes but it has loads of warnings
