    Very good advice! I meditated 15 minutes right before my morning workout. Then I try to practice a little mindfulness during my routine, although being amped up on caffeine doesn't help.

    I had trouble with meditation making me too dull so I had to stop. It was the only habit I kept up without making excuses and with complete enthusiasm. I wish I knew what go do about it.
