Fantastic video. The fact that people take lakhs and crores worth of loans for non essential goods and services is the biggest problem here. My parents always taught me to live within your means. Never owned a credit card nor have any EMIs. Bought a car recently that too by paying full cash. Simple rule of thumb is if you can't afford to buy it in cash, you can't afford it. Period.
Facebook just laid off 11,000 employees for whatever reasons. Just goes to show no job is safe and if you aren't saving for a rainy day you will struggle.
@Google User Not saying they are good or bad, that's a personal call. I'm saying it's not essential.
Hard truth of corporate slavery.
Actually slavery of the loans....the underconstruction property loan is the worst
IT also has slavery?
Blaming everything on corporate is illogical, actually our debt based economy is crashing and everyone is going to face the repercussions.
Home, car, and gadgets reflected financial success in the past. But today, they reflect debt.
It motivational to youths of this country especially who are on wrong path. This vedio will definitely send a message to all those who lost their happy life and happy career. Moral of the story is that think twice and act wisely to avoid uncomfortable life and career. Thankyou krishnaraj ji
This is too good to be true.. especially last 4 mins..hatsoff to ur analysis Sir.. keep it up 😊 !!
Sir you have garnered lot of wisdom. Thank you for sharing. Just to let you know your videos are getting better day by day :)

Hard hitting but truth
Thank You Krish , Your words are Golden..... I sincerely request you to start Mentoring services.... For the Youth and Adults in their 40s & 50s.....You are a Torch Bearer in this World of ever increasing Darkness, Confusion & Strife
Yes he can start giving paid consulting services
My formula is very simple
If income is ₹ 100
Investment / Savings = 30 min
Loan / EMIs = 20 max
Remaining other exp = 50 max
As an individual i will never compromise on savings and investments. I bought a home for self living with EMI less than 15% of my total income. I had kept on postponed major loans till I become financial sound.
दादा आपण सांगितलेले सल्ले खरच लाख मोलाचे आहेत. आपला आभारी आहे. 🙏
this is very very true, i really dont understand how ppl r taking crores of rupees home loan these days when there is nothing fixed n conditions r very volatile, its too risky n employers take advantage of employees who r in this situation by exploiting them as they knw ki ye bande ka emi chalu toh ye chodke ke kahi nahi jane wala toh isse jo chahe wo kara lo. 1 time i can understand small loans like 2,4 wheeler etc but home loans r a debt trap
Absolute truth
Every teenager should watch this video, most valuable talk 👏
a classic example of this is ola uber drivers then n now, couple of yrs back as u may remember they were earning very high so they raised their lifestyle n status and also admitted their kids to high class english medium schools but then ola uber changed their policies n the income was lowered drastically so they r suffering now
Having seen job losses in early 20s and an average business venture in 30s I am cautious and avoid all emi except home loan because we need a place to live.
How u started business doing a job
@@arshmehta50 I had a colleague and close friend at work who had existing clients and we partnered up. We ran it for a few years and closed it down. Now back in a job.

It's like listening to God. Full of wisdom & practical knowledge of life. And additionaly excellent source of improving my Hindi language command! ❤
Whatever the situation, in India you should be a Politician businessman or should have links to Politician, than you are truly a successful in life. Else enjoy your life with paying EMI.
You can also be Hindu Baba, Muslim Preacher, Christian Preacher....There is more money in that😁😁
Sir what you said is 100% true. तुम्ही देवा सारखा सल्ला दिलात.. 🙏
Sir, I got the shocks in life early so we repaid our liabilities soon. I have switched my jobs 7-8 times after that and have realised that private jobs are nothing but temporary and should always save almost one year of his salary as backup and plan for early retirement, else this heart can fail any time with the pressure of job and life.
Awesome. I Have gone through all this kr sir . U talking like my mind.
I just seen your video. Very nice and connected to reality. Thanks
Sir Exceptional knowledge 🙏Even my parents never taught me this. You are right raising bar ocassionally is one thing, maintaining it forever is different game.
It's so very important to learn from the seniors (by age) and be happy in life. One should desist culture of showing off at the cost of mental health/peace. A toppled cart at the middle of the life is too much to handle/digest.
Credit-based purchase creates artificial demand and pushes the price up.
Life Truth..sir ji thank you so much for practical guidance...

True. i have a modest 2 bhk with no loan s in life. I earn enough to get a loan for a large home and my relatives coax me to upgrade. I have lived many years abroad and find it futile to have big house and get anchored to it.
I think I'm addicted to all ur contents.
🙏🏽

Agar companies property (apartments, towers, flats) own karke apne employees ko rent par de,to apne aap rent control ho jaayenge. Company ka bhi fayda hoga ki employees ki stability badhegi. Builders ka bhi koi nuksaan nahi hoga kyuki property ki demand tab bhi rahegi ,par is baar log luxury ke liye lenge,na ki majboori me.
U r an experienced gem.
True advice
Your video makes sense .. but apart from home loan...country like India with huge population purchasing home will be wise decision even with loan.
Debt is basically slavery to bank. Dalits were downtrodden before independence because of debt. In exchange for debt, they had to leave their children in the money-lender's house to work as bonded labourers. This was called as jeeta system. Bonded labour and child labour, were eradicated after independence. After 75 years of independence, these social evils are coming back due to debt.
Bahut acchi anubhvi jaankari de rahe hain aap sir ji
Atleast 1 Year Or Minimum 6 Months Provision should be there if you taking any loan.
Provision here means you can pay at-least 6 Months Emi even if you are in some bad situation.

Practical advice Sir
Reality is one can't become rich without debt
Your message is much like a true friend
SUPER...
So how banks are evaluating this risk?
Correct sir
What is the solution sir? Whether moving to abroad & taking abroad citizenship good
मैने तो OLX से फ्रिज लिया है🤩
Loan is equivalent to modern day slavery!
Hello Sir , I have a question 🙋♂️,
I am looking to buy property in Hiranandani Panvel .
Will it be worth buying it ?
The builder is give it on 99year lease, is it worth considering that ?
Thank you in advance. Tc
Let's talk about solutions.
To start from my side.
1.Try to stay in rental accommodation in initial stage.
(a) Property rentals are always cheaper than EMI.
(b) It will create more savings to invest meaningfully.
2. Still one has to create assets for future.
(a) Invest in income generating assets with smaller goals..like invest in good location small shops which can be low on EMI and income generating.
(b)Try to generate additional income from franchise by shops by involving family.
(c) All can earn ..train your family and encourage..small entrepreneurship.
Investing should be like planting fruits bearing trees which gives return after few years of care .
But when one initially go for big budget house or flat..he closes all opportunities of extra income rather paying EMI for life time.
Why UA-cam is recommending this video
Nee goa hogi casino dag udaisbedppa
While loans should be indeed taken responsibly, this video is extremely pessimistic and depressing . It discourages any kind of risk taking. Totally disappointing and hence disagree.
He is not discouraging risk taking, he is telling you to live within means...everyone who takes risks has failed...why do u suggest that
Chota bhai 😂
Donot watch very negative person..
You r from the builder industry
nice
Why do you call urself urban naxal .i dont understand
Good learnings. Health is a big issue too that can force you to leave your job. Savings is very important and a lot of it.
Super important message.
I watched Ray Dalio's talk about How economy works like 9 years ago. He says the same thing. He shared 3 core lessons from going bankrupt. The very first being your rate of income should must always be more than your rate of debt. You are just fantastic. In a way you are a motivator by telling the truth as it is.
Namaste. Lessons 1) Financial knowledge - on saving AND investment - a MUST - this no where taught in the present education.(2) Emotional stability - please do every day atleast for 5 minutes Puja / meditation - this practice has simply vanished in city life; result: depression, less confidence in oneself. This again no one does or talks about including the author!
