Im pretty sure i tried to do this build a while ago and got told that they nerfed it making it so surge doesnt proc on stormlink, as the description of the talent says "it doesn't proc any talents" including surge it only converts wind damage into thundercall damage, which is kinda horrible knowing that stuff like the ferryman armor exists
I have a question maybe you should do a liu kang build like the Firegod from mortal kombat it hasn’t been done yet and your really good at your costumes and stuff
