    I was also shocked as well to hear that comment from a top government official. Makes no sense. It's very nonsensical, like Rotus said.

    I think Dr Reuben is brilliant but maybe not too intelligent in relating with younger team members. He constantly puts subordinates down. He attaches regard to only people bigger than him. Typical of most people his age though. He spoke of time constraint, then took all the time left.
