My favourite workout. Done this ride over 50 times since the new year.keep up the great video trips through the lakes. I do these indoor rides every day, I got a new knee 18 months ago and I can nearly fully flex my leg now due to the bike rides.Cheers.

Thanks for the comments. We have an assortment of cameras but use alot of go pro etc. the hard works starts when you start the editing process to maintain quality. Hope that helps a little. Thanks again 👍😀

great video... i do something similar but always have a bit of a problem with the quality :-( what kind of camera did you film with?
