maghrib Adhan (Islamic Call to prayer moments before sunset)

Being heard in the background the Maghrib Adhaan @ the Turkic festival in downtown Houston, Texas on Nov 8, 2009....All across the world in any muslim or non muslim nations (according to local laws if permissible) the prayer call is spoken five times a day to call upon the muslims for prayers in their local masjids aka mosques (Islamic prayer building)
