Part of his bail/probation agreement was he could not handle sh!t. So every time he took a sh!t or handled his peepeep hose they kept throwing him back in jail. Till finally they just kept him there or in some mental institution. Moral of the story, every time he wipes his butt or handles a bidet hose he's violating his probation.

I'm curious to know what security people are talking about? I went to Seneca, and did some talks at both York U and U of T. It's pretty easy to walk around and go inside anywhere. There's security offices at both campuses, but from my recollection, I've never seen them near the library. Regardless, this man is foul in every sense of the meaning. The man isn't mental, just mischievous - there's plenty of people who joke about doing that to people because of prison stories.
I remember a dude doing that with peepee in Ottawa. I pass as white but when he looked at me he knew I was peoples so he gave me a pass. But this is what happens when a certain people are the target of the most discrimination and racism in Canada. Nobody wants to talk about that.
