I just returned a stray dog, address was incorrect on the tags so bystanders helped identify the house of owner. Went to door of house, no door knob and lock was missing just holes. House had mulitple occupants multiple families, fence falling over in places, house in disrepair. This is the new Calgary. Stacking new immigrants in these horrible rentals. Poor pooch.
as an American I was applaud by the previous trip which we drove 300 KM on Canadian highway and did not spot one single police vehicle. People driving like crazy in and out of traffic, people on their cell phones and others driving 100 miles an hour..
