- Chef Sally Chiu-Hildebrandt has been obsessed with baking and chocolate since she was 11 years old. Since then, she’s become a master chocolatier who brings her experience from across the industry to Centennial College’s programs. She now teaches Baking and Pastry Arts Management at the school, and is the program coordinator for the Baking Skills program. In this interview, we ask her 21 questions as we follow her around the baking labs and restaurants of Centennial College’s Culinary Arts Centre. Our questions range from her favourite chocolate, facts about the baking labs, why some chocolates cost more or less than others, her favourite song, her best advice, and even who she’d choose as her partner in crime during a zombie apocalypse.
