I'm a Blackburn fan but watched this game back in the day as a teenager, and still reckon it's one of the best I've ever seen. Chesterfield actually won that, I agree you were robbed (IIRC one goal went in off the bar but the ball bounced back out, should have been 4-3). They gave Middlesbrough a hell of a game. It really was edge of your seat stuff, fantastic match!

Chesterfield scored off the bar, the linesman gave it!! Could of actually been a pen to them as well with the foul on the big striker. But David Ellery gives a free kick to Middlesbrough??
