Composition is key! Diptych is something new in art to me since I didn't know that was even a thing when it comes to art the gold and black and mixing the orange and red really made it shine optimistic!

@ Keep watching and learning. That is what I did while rehabbing from a surgery gone wrong, likely due to my lupus. Two years in bed more than out gave me a lot of time on my hands. At first I was just enjoying all the beauty of the artists’ works and the people. Then I got the itch to try it but was apprehensive about so much of. I was even nervous about using the torch. 😆 Now I am in my studio as much as possible. I am still using cheap canvases, but have graduated to a pretty nice collection of good paints and pigments. I am hoping to try my hand at resin work. At the very least I want to make magnets with grand children, using the paint skins I have saved off my table. I am almost ready for the big girl canvases. Oh, my grand daughters, ages 7 and 9 pour paint with me. They are both very talented little artists and have now added pour painting to their repertoire. I truly hope you try it soon. I will say this, be prepared for the prep and the clean up. I was not quite prepared for all that so I didn’t allow myself enough time in the beginning. Best of luck to you!! 😊

I noticed you had your blow dryer going the same direction except you were hesded for a curve. I thought, oh no this is the wrong direction! As usual, your Oops ended up as accidentally on purpose. It's fun when that happens, even if all I can do is watch. I had to sell all my art supplies years ago. I went to watch Becca as you suggested. I immediately subscribed to her UA-cam web site. She is a very good artist and I watched a lot of her videos. However(comma) she could probably use a long distance hug from you. I first watched her cell activator video with her style VS your cell Activators test. She had too many complaints from her viewer’s because she never gave them the secret recipe of your activators. Just mean people. I wrote a comment telling them to just take your Fluid Masters course. I have already bought your class and your resin lab too. I will take the course this Spring after I move into my new home. Anyway, a positive comment is what Becca really needs. I talk too much. Bye for know, I loved this video and I call you the Princess of Paint to my friends and artists buddies. Peace young lady! boB

It's great that you share your boo boos and show how to correct them. That spray painting you did at the end really finished this piece off. It added some softness to balance the boldness of the gold and it does look like it's coming out of the dark. Love it! ❤❤❤
