For muhurat I feel just listen to the universe and observe your surroundings. The surroundings give you plenty of signals that something is not supposed to happen at this time. Like you decided to go to shopping tomorrow but somehow someway you would be unable to, it'll keep getting delayed, that means it's time hasn't arrived to happen. When the time is right things will happen naturally and you'll feel it in your heart that yes this is the time to start, I should start it today. That moment is the right muhurat.
