A small doubt regarding Navamsa lagna.
How to find the birth time is accurate.
In South India, there is a formula that for Male born the Ascendant Nakshtra pada should be 1 & 3 and for female born the Ascendant Nakshtra pada should be 2 & 4.
Please clarify my doubt.
