Hello both. Congratulations !!! I was living 10 y opposite of Dent du Midi directly at the lake in Clarens. Waking up in the morning, having "the mountain" in front of me. It's an impressing and fascinating view. I'm quite a good skier as well...Mont Gelé front side 😁😁😁 🤔🤔🤔. However it would have been my dream as well. You have done it !!! Respect !!! With my age, it will stay a dream . You did it . I'm deeply impressed !!!
Les Dents du Midi dominated the view from my apartment when I lived in Vevey. Never imagined any would even conceive of skiing it let alone do it! Mad, impassioned, heroic and courageous!!
cool skiing ,! nice lines ; heini holzer style ps : catching wind on your skis that will blow you of the mountain one day , put them on the side of your bag !!!!! njoylife
What an amazing film! Little but important detail: I loved the continuity between all the drone shots. Like you could follow exactly where you were on the mountain from each angle, and you didn't skip any important sections. Awesome adventure, you are very good.

Just moved to Monthey some month ago and ski now a lot at Portes du Soleil. My oldest son (14y)and me were talking to the ride you did. We weren't sure if is possible but here we go ! Congratulations this is f...king awesome ! Well done ! I wish I could do it by myself but need more training I guess.

May I suggest that you guys have a couple of loose screws for trying this but you nailed it! Even in my best skiing days I would never have even considered it. It looks steep on camera which means it much steeper in reality.
Stunning photography and braver than brave (well certainly braver than me). A question if I may; there were times when you came to rocks or a very narrow steep part on the second descent and the film cuts seamlessly to your exit. It never shows the tight manoeuvring required to get past those points. I realise the way it is edited makes for a superb flow and maybe those more challenging and complex segments are just on the editing floor. But from an armchair perspective it would be great to see how you managed those sections. Thanks for showing me another wonderful view of the Alps, one that I haven’t seen for a few Covid blighted years…

That is some of the most 'unreal footage' I have seen. Heart Pumping. Wonderful production. What about avalanche gear? Did you carry it or? Felt like I was right there with ya. That was great 👍

Great video. I remember walking UP from the Champery side in 2001 ti Ski The Dent Jaune. A Long way !

Hele mooie film, ik ben 15 en ski al sinds ik 3 ben. Het is mijn droom om ooit zulke bergen af te skiën. Ik hoop dit later ook te gaan doen.

You cannot be serious. There's a reason no lift exists up the dents du midi, its terrain best left for the panorama from a greyhound bus.
Mind blown completely. How did you guys summarize the risk at those crux points, and did you even think about bailing after climbing up thru them?
