Offer N'Goma a new contract that he will reject - when he complains reply with the 'i offered you a contract, not my fault your rejected it' and they normally back down - has worked for me a few times
Connor Hesketh and Murphy N'Goma are born in the summer of 2008 and were in the Crystal Palace academy at the same time so they must know each other.
Maybe family? 😂
One day Jack will learn that in like 95% of cases the default value it gives you is pretty much the highest the player will accept without getting pissy. You certainly can't triple it. 😂
N'Goma must be the first part-time player with that kind of value 😆
Try to give N'Goma a contract, if he reject it and get grumpy you can say that you tried to offer him a contract but he's demands are to high. It increases the chance of him lowering he's demands and stop being grumpy.
Btw, does part-time contract hinder he's development?
Part timers train like 2 days a week.
Jack: "i hope we can get some big sales and signings going"
The board: "say less fam"
I'm happy Guerrero kept you from making a mistake selling him in your first season in the championship unforced is silly imo its not needed and his value will only get higher. Like what's the rush are you going to administration? We chilling
There's only 1m bank balance before all the outgoing tbf
Most FM players would rather sell a player if he's unhappy than having him stick around and ruin the atmosphere, even if they are by far the best player, like in Guerrero's case. In my experience they change their mind after a couple of months tho. It's not that big of a deal rlly
There is another problem with Jack being quite low on finances. The board will most likely accept any offer over Jack´s head if it is enough money to improve the financial situation. He might even lose him for half of what the Spanish teams just bid.
@@Reorganiser yea once they don't have 1 year left I normally keep them depending what they are unhappy even in the last year I might keep them unhappy because I know it will be forgotten if they a starter and winning games
that spanish center back was so so so good in 3 cb formation! i'm crying xD
maybe it's my portuguese bias showing but i feel like Zenha should be the Guerreiro replacement over Hinds, especially as a Trequartista
100%
Hear me out! Thor playing on the right to fill Jamie’s boots. He’s quick and has good passing/dribbling
A 2 part transfer special, act 1 the unravelling, act 2 the desperation
Offering out 50% of first team out for sale within 5 minutes.
Jack... Atleast lock in replacements first. We all know you only sign players that ask for peanut salaries whicch makes it trickier to do that to begin with.
You have once again a creative Spanish player called Jaime in your squad. Last year it was Jaime the defensvive midfielder and this year is Jaime the atacking midfielder
Last year it was also an Attacking Midfielder.
@@arciks11 not in Jack's eyes
@@MrReese like 5 times. He converted him to a DM to play regista or smth. The comments went mental on that decision
Chuddy! If you are being held captive by Jack, show the help me sign out of the basement window!
Him and Cartwright to get Premier League appearances! Jack promised (well for Cartwright he did anyway!)
“ we’re going to be fine, everything’s fine “ watching Jack slowly breakdown at the start of each season 😂
4:30 you can preview what they'd ask for but not in the conversation screen. When you know the chat will head that way, you could go onto the transfer page, set an asking price even if not transfer listed, and their agent will tell you what the player thinks of that price.
Your assistant manager's storyline reminds me of Nathan from Ted Lasso!
Carl Karlson, friends with Homer and Lenny. Adopted in Scandinavia
If you go into transfer status you can mess around with value and it will tell you if they will accept that or not
Just out £0 relegation release clauses in every contract, it brings down the demands a lot and realistically you arent going back down. Early championship wage limit for me was 10k
I feel for players like Goldsmith who maybe don’t have the biggest potential, would it not be better to remove the % of profit clause and get more money upfront.
If you are worried this might happen, set his value to £0 and it never will.
Bit of a sly tip mind.
what might happen
@@mirzetlakonjic3570 Your chairman accepting a bid and you being powerless.
the player will not complain?
@@mirzetlakonjic3570 Not in my experience, no. The player might be unhappy that you are not accepting bids if they want to leave, but that can be smoothed over in time if they are a first teamer. Teams will continue to bid £0 and you will be able to reject every one of them.
I did it recently in my Scunthorpe save. I bought a young Bolivian player in League Two and by the time I'm in the Championship, literally every big team in Europe wanted him. The bids came in and started to get high but I didn't want to sell him, he is head and shoulders my best player, but my chairman accepted an offer of £11M. I was GUTTED! I offered him out to other teams hoping that he would pick a move that I had facilitated and to my delight he did, he picked Everton and I promptly cancelled the move. I then set his asking price to £0 and the chairman never stepped in again. He plays for me in the Premier League now and he's valued at £47M-£67M.
I'd definitely consider signing Ibrahomvic( not sure of spelling) even just to sell him for more in a season's time. Still think GK could be upgraded.
as a promoted team, it really helps to add £0 relegation release caluses to lower salary demands
Sad youre not going to give sergio a go at DM, agree accel was an issue but i reckon with 12 months of speed training youd have got it to 9, his mentals were awesome for a midfield anchor
The HG information screen I think may be bugged. I was looking at it, as you were and it would come up with that same 0-19HG status even on player I knew were the usual, 3 year, 15-21 trained at club. It shows as normal if you go to the squad screen and have a view with HG status on it, this is how I double checked the players, that I was sure were 15-21 HG. Not sure if it's something I am not understanding or a bug at the moment but funny to see it in this video when it was confusing me so much when I was playing last night 😂
Go into transfer status go to the value you want and see what the agent or player says whether it would be accepted. Then lower it slowly till its slightly high. Then in conversation screen if it goes to that you can get it a bit higher
I believe you actually can preview it to some degree. In my experience most players think the value estimate on the player profile is fair :)
I’d agree with getting the sales you’ll be able to get many improvements for getting into the prem
Thanks for all the videos enjoying them and always put a like on cheers
Sometimes the players that are unhappy make some insane logic problems in FM. I once had a player that required a promise that I wouldn't sell them, while I was trying to fulfill the promise to sell them...... that was fun.
Looking forward to see what the hive of Senegalese talent in east Warwickshire can do!
I'm really looking forward to see how you handle the Championship. It's a massive step up, and I think that team should be okay, but I'd be amazed if you were anywhere near the top, or frankly even top half, of the table next season.
I'd honestly try to sell Guerrero and N'Goma if you can, otherwise you're going to be haemorrhaging money in the Championship, considering your absolutely tiny stadium. It might be a few years, but I'm sure Rugby will make it to the promised land!
You make the senegalese left back sound like a charity.
Glad Jaime stayed. An out of your hands bid to the Spanish second league would have been a good exit, but keeping him would be ideal.
Star man to build around, hopefully find him some competition for the star man role.
1h transfer special. Love it already
Suffering for getting promoted yeah on year. At least with Guernsey you stayed in one of the lower leagues for a few seasons and stabilized and grew more organically
Imagine that you need 6M a season bc you decided to get better and better facilities
And it's not the training facilities.
What's with the opening shoulder shimmy dance Jack hahahaha
Apologies on not getting the kits to you last night Jack, they'll be with you tonight, I may have fallen asleep 🫣
Almost one hour of transferspecial, love it !
A team that climbed 4 levels in as many years, improved the training and youth recruitments to top quality and no tycoons looking to buy? Seems like a very good deal
Great video as always. looking forward for tomorrow's video. What about finding better and improving goalkeeper position for Championship league. Warm wishes from Iceland
In a save I’m doing Jude has ended up at Spurs on £120k p/w as a starting striker. Scored 19 league goals in a Spurs team who got relegated
You can definitely preview what he thinks his asking price is by going into transfer status, then setting an asking price then it’ll tell you if he’s okay with it or not 👍🏼
Great episode 👏
Can you give mosquera an esc slot rather than a loan as he looks like a good player for the amr or striker position
Why are you so hesitant to pay even league one type level wages? You are in the Championship and have millions in the bank balance.
27:30 jack finally loses it with N'goma
The only solution to that horrifying state of finance is being in the Prem
Thierry Small who can be a good little leftback option 😂😂😂
What you need to do is persuade all 114,400 Rugby population to turn up the ground so you can get an 100k stadium.
put camara on right back :)
I'd look to sell N'Goma, he's becoming troublesome, and then look to see if Noa Hay could play his role...
Remove asking price for Jaime and keep him
Easily the best player and sign a tall striker with good jumping reach
Carl Karlson is direct from the Simpsons! 😆
Where’s Kvharn Williams?! Jack why are you not looking in the Jamaican leagues again?
Keep Guerrero - give him one season in the Championship to see how both he and the team progresses! You’ve sold enough to cover next year’s costs.
Great episode with the struggle of playing fm! Is there any reason you don't always talk to agents?
wouldn´t it be fun to see fahey in a double striker set up as false nine?
Guessing Zenha would be pronounced more like "Zenya"?
As a Chelsea fan, idk if you want Paul Winstanley
Jack have you looked at some loans from PL clubs?
Or are their wage demands too much? I know you want to buy players, but surely if you loan an amazing championship level striker from the prem, then you can increase your rep and finances for next year and buy another striker!
I'm a bit confused, how would a better league position help with the finances vs developing my currently contracted players to sell on?
Yo have done superb up to this point
Don’t let Jaime go. As much as the money is needed to balance the books he is by far the best player and it is unclear how the squad will adapt to the championship.
Harry Johnson. . .great name, how many channel points did that cost someone
58 minutes....lets go!
I’m sure that at the start of the series you said you’d probably be moving on a few times…seems more like you’re going to take Rugby to the champions league just like you did with Guernsey…
I feel like Gasperi would be close to a 75 in fifa metrics...the star rating is massively under what his attributes say.
Please sell Ngoma! You should give Fahey and Espinoza a chance
You have to change your transfer budget to wages and grab decent free transfers
Update on pritchard and edwards?
See what the agents can get for Guerrerro
Loved the video but the amount of ads flung in to it are getting ridiculous. I know it's out with your control but the ads that's happening all through out yt is getting unbearable
Las Palmas has crazy facilities Jeez
Can you offer Guerrero a new deal? That scares away the interest and if you stay up 20+ next summer i a given.
Also, your sponsorship money 😂😂
Can Brian please hire a marketing department?
I’m excited for you to finally play Bristol City and we’ve gone and got promoted, typical
Auction method is your friend here
Jack, you say the nh for zenha like you say ny
For example ronaldinho= dinyo
Thought that that could help
Jack please make a vid on how to install the the new/gen face pack🥺
Keep Guerrero please but if you insist on selling him atleast sneak in a 50% sell on that'll get you big bucks down the line
Ain't it funny that LaLiga 2 teams offer those insane amounts of money for a player, not even Barcelona or Betis can afford that nowadays
Ditch the age limit at this point Jack, not everyone has to be 21 and under. Bring in some high end 25-28 year olds to make the push up the table and groom the youngsters that look promising like the hive from Senegal, Fahey, and Espinoza
i would play joao victor at RB this season and sign two really good DMs. ricky d and timmy are not good enough to be regular starters imo
also, DON’T sell guerrero
Will there be another network game?
that bosnian fella was good
Increase the wage budget a bit 🙌
Pre watch who’s going to leave predictions:
Nesbitt, Andreini, Masters, Guerrero, Tim
Day 172 of praying that another Super Mario will rise and shine in this years Park to Prem and for Jack to actually sign him this time
Zenha is said like Zenya, like the H in Mourinho
Maybe send Fahey or Espinoza on loan if Guerrero stays?
i would just give murphy a new contract. any good transfer targets will want high wages anyway. also, you dont have have the rep or money to get any real improvements this season and your current squad is good enough to keep you up. doubtful you make it past mid-table even with one or two homerun signings
The problem is how much he wants.
He wants 18K and his overall wage is about 66K. That is a HUGE chunk of the teams overall salary. I do think Jack is a penny pincher at times (I would've given Ngoma a contract when he wanted 6-8K) but now that he wants 18.5K, I agree with Jack that it is way too much
Luis martinez is a freakin beast.
I don’t envy the position youre in with Ngoma and Guerrero at all.
I can’t help but feel you’re getting too focused on finances. There’s no point having all the money in the bank if you’re just selling your best players. Having Gueirro in the team is better than 15m bank balance. Also considering his insane potential, not having any sell on clause is really poor business.
Is it silly that it makes me happy to see guys like McLoughlin and Spencer get deals with teams just a league or two below and I think, "Man, thats great, they'll still be getting paid, and playing football, I hope their families are happy with the move" 😅. Its not real life Duncan!.... Simulations are great.
What happened to the lad playing ingredients in Scottish league 1 that played on the right?
Why does Jack have a transfer budget when he’s only searching for free transfers? Surely there are some solid championship quality players you can buy for sub £3mm who would have reasonable wage demands?
I have the reputation of a League Two club, players will only drop down to play for me if I make up for that by giving them crazy wages which I don't want to do
So they see your club reputation as more important than the actual league you're playing in?
Haven't played the game in a number of years myself so apologies for not being up to date on how the player/transfer logic is working. I merely play the game vicariously through Rugby Town @@WorkTheSpace
Come on Jack, help bring back the Network Game.....
I would Like you to hold on to guerrero and win Champions-League with him
