Hello sir, I i have worked in a hospital and collected my 2 years experience and my contract ended last year, and now in another hospital, so my question is, its been more than 6 month of that contract, so will that be easy to do my data flow because i have heard that more than a 6 month gap in between the end contract date and doing data flow will do an issue... is it so... plz help

Yes, residency training is considered as experience.

Relieving letter is not an experience letter, but in some cases it can be considered as a proof of your work.

My previous organization is adamant on not verifying for me (for a lot of us ex employees simply because they wanted us to stay under them despite putting in a resignation, they were not giving us proper increment either), so they are misusing their power now. In this scenario I left hopes of going for an appeal. I thought Id just gain new experience for another year and then apply once again. Will the current result affect my present job and chances if reapplying to dataflow sometime later?

Consider showing Dataflow any other proof of employment, such as payment slip etc. Sometime Dataflow consider such documents.

I’ve a quick question - Can I apply for the DHA eligibility letter one year after clearing the DHA exam since l’ll get my last experience certificate after one year? Will my exam still be valid if I apply for eligibility letter after one year of clearing the exam? I’ve already cleared the DHA exam.

If within one year, then you can apply to issue existing eligibility letter. If after one year of passing DHA exam, then you will be required to request for renewed eligibility letter and pay associated charges. In both cases, your exam will remain valid.

Hi, i have a question regarding experience.
I am a dentist from iraq and in iraq we work as a rotator dentist for 1 year then we work as a gradient dentist in rural areas for another 1 year then we work as a permanent resident dentist for the final year before conversion into a general practitioner. Are these periods enough to be accepted as my work experience, or do i still have to work for 2 more years as a gp dentist?

Two years clinical experience post graduation /internship/ house-job is only required as work experience.

Good day. I got my employment letter while I was still working and it stated there the day I was employed up to present. With no specific date up to when. Just “January 19 2022 up to present” I did have an issue date stated in the letter. Is that alright? Thank you I hope you can find a time to answer my question

Better to do the Dataflow for all of your experience certificates.
What to do if institution we are working reports discrepancy in dataflow, to prevent us from shifting, they reported as document is not genuine as my colleague had provided an NOC issued by the hospital. This hospital ildoes not issue any still working to the staffs,only when you are leaving they issue experience

Try to sort out the issue with the concerned institution, as Dataflow might give priority to institution's reporting, or try to reach to Dataflow with available document proving your claim.

Sir iam an mbbs graduate.. i got an offer as GP in oman. My omsb dataflow got discrepancy because after mbbs, i did a diploma in family medicine course from medvarsity. That course was not approved by Medical Council of India and the course is now discontinued. This caused discrepancy. Kindly guide me how to clear this.

I have worked at multiple hospitals, but current hospital is the only one where I work as a GP .At another hospital, I worked as a cardiologist. Do I also need to submit experience letter for these periods?

If your current hospital working experience duration is about two years then you may submit only this experience. Still for Dataflow, its better to submit your other experience certificates for verification.

Preferably it should contain your unique information such as passport/NIC etc. But, you usually face no issue as your employer/HR is responsive enough to Dataflow during verification.

We would also like to request that your response is provided on official letter-headed paper and states "This certification is issued to The DataFlow Group" at the top of the page.

If your employer is not deliberately issuing you certificate then you should consult with Dataflow through their help desk to upload supporting documents as guided in the video.

On behalf of your experience certificate which may have been issued to you at the time of leaving that particular job, you may request the health facility to issue to experience letter within 6 months of applying for your new job.
So does this mean i would have to get experience certificates reissued if my experience letter is more than 6 months old? I have never heard of this. This would be a very time taking process. And sometimes medical colleges and hospitals may refuse to reissue experience letter with an updated date..has anyone else faced this issue?

Currently, experience certificates issued before 6 months are acceptable but in some cases they may ask you to get new certificate issued during the required period.
