This game!! I love how it has so many possibilities for experiment, ts4 could never :D but seriously, it's crazy how many genetic-related systems there are It's very interesting that blank genetics can be passed down too (which means that they are, in some way, dominant?). I wonder if broken genetics can break the game in any significant way - it doesn't seem so, considering that the corruption is overblown. But the devs actually found a very cool solution for the missing genetics - it's barely noticeable for the player! That was clever of them
What I learned from this video and April Black's corruption deep dive is that the Sims 2 developers actually coded a much more robust game than we gave them credit for for many years
Oh, man, this brings back memories of me aging Servos down and up and whatnot, and making them look human. I'm pretty sure I even used SimBlender or something like that (probably an in-game tool if I'm being honest) to make people pregnant with Servo babies.
The more I learn about the sims 2, the more I want to go back to being 11 years old, playing it for the first time. I wish we could have a reboot so that aliens get to be their own species so it'd work with the chemistry system.
Fascinating. Many years ago I tried to turn a servo into a human using cheats and he just turned out looking like a male clone of his female creator (same face, same skintone and hair color, as well as the same custom eyes). When I tried to pull that off again some years later it just made my game crash lol
I had to go back and rewatch the last couple minutes because I was so focused on them repeatedly failing to catch the football that I didn't hear anything you said
Hi, I just thought of a somewhat ''morbid'' way of maybe bringing Bella back, well, ghost children are problematic in the game because they go to the Default family and as they appear at night, the only adults available to look for them Are the NPCs universal right? Well, in Belavista's Default family, Bella is there, alive, just not unliked, so if Alexander passed away, would Bella appear at night at the Goth mansion to look for her son's ghost?
Genetykę zrobiłam najpierw na polskim i w zupełnie innej skali xD Ten film to taka pierdoła, że równie dobrze mogę o tym powiedzieć w Kwitnących Wzgórzach i nara. Nie będę duplikować każdego filmu xD
I had a weird situation in my game where my sim had a baby with her apartment landlord, and I noticed the baby only had the mother's genetics. No genetics from the landlord. I wonder if some npcs are missing genetics too
Servo: (*gets on one knee*) blibliblibliblibliblibli
Servo: bliblibliblibliblibliblibli

I still find it very unfair that Servos can be romantic but not Bigfoot. But damm who knew Servos had non metallic Genetic
bigfoot is the aroace icon we needed
There is a mod,at mod the sims for Bigfoot to find love!!one of my favorite
I will never understand why you can woohoo with zombie sims in The Sims 2, but the Bigfoot is off limits.

I think Servos probably have hair color genes so they work with the chemistry system.
Makes sense 🤔 Even if chemistry counts the hair Sim has visible, not the genetic value (so dyeing hair influences chemistry).
Lucy Burb and every other daughter John and Jennifer ever have. So much effort went into creating that family...
Yup xD And Mortimer, and Don Lothario.

I do this with the Closet Gussy Up mod
But I can't make Servo babies my game always crashes

I should probably not have read this comment before watching the end... 😂
She's too happy she forgot to do " mom noises "
And what about the eyeliner? It never happens in my game for sims to grow up with makeup🤔
I assumed it's a Sim Manipulator thing, although Billie didn't get the eyeliner
They are so cute 🥹
Well I guess we know what we might be doing with Tenneth and Penny..?
Nooo 😂
This was such a cool Idea! Nothing to feel bad about at all. 😉
I guess I understand now, why my game crashed back in the days, when my Sim had a default skin colour and was having a baby.
If it was no genetics instead of actually having face 2, then wouldn't they not have eyebrows and makeup?
What do those have to do with genetics? Only reset face loses eyebrows and make up, but that's a slightly different thing.

No, Bella has an additional setting stopping her from appearing anywhere. Check out April Black's video!
@@Marticore oh ok thanks sorry for invocenience
No problem!
I guess they just gave them genetics so the game won't crash for all the boolprop simps.
If you make human and servo baby using sim blender, will it corrupt the game tho?
No
Zrobisz to na polskim kanale?
Po co
Bo może ktoś chce to zobaczyć? Tak było z tłumaczeniami i genetyką.

Nah, you just ended up with a clone of one parent, that happens
@Marticore, yeah you just got a mini-clone of yourself, pretty normal lol
