Those were my favorite games from this year, so what are yours? Big thank you to everyone for choosing to watch my videos and welcome to all the new viewers I gained this year. With any luck, you won't get bored of me in 2019
you know I think the only good thing about the shitbag plagerising was more noteriety for the game and the guy he plagerised. So there's that at least.
I recall your video on the Splinter Cell series popping up on the side bar one night when I was bored and jumping from channel to channel looking for someone new to watch. I thought it was a great video and decided to sub in case you uploaded anything else id find interesting.
Like probably a lot of people, I found you because of Splinter Cell. I was searching for videos on them because I'd only ever played the first three and was curious to see how the rest of the series finally developed. I had only ever heard from a friend that Double Agent "misses levels" in the PC version and it was awkward getting the games, since they were German dub only here (which is not worth playing). Stuck around for the great content and I guess your backlog of videos saved me over the time you couldn't do videos!
I stumbled upon your channel a few days ago actually. I was thinking about FINALLY playing the Splinter Cell series and you just happened to show up in my recommended with a video on just that. Really helped me decide to get the games on PC and go to town on the series.
This has become one of my favorite gaming channels. I discovered it through your Splinter Cell video and then checked out your other stuff. Keep up the great work!
I came to your channel I think because of the splinter cell video. I don't know, youtube autoplayed me into a damn black hole. Your video was engaging and entertaining. It's lovely to reminisce about cherished memories and fond thoughts from our favorite games. I could go on about Halo 3 as much as you could about Chaos Theory. It isn't a perfect game, but for me, I couldn't have imagined ever having more fun. So you do a great job at infusing your personality and genuine feelings to your videos. That's ridiculously important to creating your brand for your channel and will bring you success. Sure you can do more splinter cell stuff and algorithms will get a boost in views for a video, but if you really desire a deeper fanbase, it's about you and what you enjoy making. So congrats on the traction starting up, and great job on the videos and having fun. I fucking love your damn goofy (occasionally cringy) jokes and actions. The army men video utterly destroyed me from appreciating and suffering of a grown man having too much fun with army men. I was very excited to watch this video since this is first one you uploaded new since I found your channel so I will continue to look forward to more videos from you and watching you grow. You're a lovely time. Happy New Year Craig.
Discovered you thanks to the Splinter Cell video as I'm sure a lot of people did. But since then I've watched every video you've put out. Gaming Memories of my Dad is one of my favourite things on UA-cam, and I find you to be a wholesome, righteous dude! Much love brother x
Heck of a fun list, these are always fun to discuss, debate and think how we would do our own individual top 10's... was a very fun watch. Thanks for sharing and taking the time these quality videos take to upload, edit, script, capture and such.
I went on a Splinter Cell binge recently, replayed Chaos Theory and your video came up in recommended. Clicked on it as kinda a why not not really expecting to sit through the whole thing but did cause i was enthralled listening to someone who's as attached to the series as i am talk about it. stuck around since
We love you too bud. 👌 I found your Channel through your Splinter Cell Reviews. Those Two Videos got me through some Rough Times man. Some Scary Times in fact. Whenever I feel scared, bored, or tired, I always come back to those Videos. Thank you for doing what you do man, much love. 🙏 Happy New Year man!
Man, you don’t need to worry, everyone loves you. Your content is extremely interesting. That’s why we watch YOU. Because YOU are awesome. The first video that I saw of you came up on my suggested was the review of every hitman game. And since then, I’ve watched so many videos of you. Your awesome man.
One day, your Splinter Cell retrospective popped up in my recommendations. Always willing to seek out further analysis/critique/retrospective content, I dived in. I love long-form videos, and the Splinter Cell IP was one I just started to get into this year. So it was perfect timing. Great vids, man.
I found you because I do youtube myself and I love that this community is at its best when the smaller guys come together and I saw your splinter cell video looking for inspiration on my own stuff, and found that you are also just some chill dude making videos hah like me and I thought it be cool to share your stuff about because us "smaller" guys need to stick this one through :D
Its was the Splinter Cell reviews. I listen to it at work and have re-watched it many other times. I've watched your other content and quickie reviews and enjoy everything them all. Look forward to 2019. Thanks man.
Sad Truth. There wasnt really a single game I bought and played from 2018 entirely so I have no list what so ever. But regardless I want to say To you Craig. Stay awesome and wonderful. with your videos, Streams, opinions, everything. Been happy to stay around watching and supporting since your first channel and the first Saints Row 2 video that got me to watch you since. And yes I know I brought that one comment on the splinter cell video but still happy to support all the way. Been 2 years twitch sub and sticking with it however long I have money to throw at you. Have a wonderful new year and excited to see what the next 365 days will come with videos :D
Great video man, and a very respectable list. My top in order from 10-1 are Vampyr, A Way Out, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Far Cry 5, AC: Odyssey, Hitman 2, Detroit: Become Human, Spider-Man, God of War, and Red Dead Redemption II. I discovered you by watching Splinter Cell videos on Centerstrains channel and on the recommendations your video of all the Splinter Cell games reviewed came up and I loved it so I started binging the rest of your content and catching some streams! Can't wait to see what 2019 has for you. Happy New Year!
Gamers like splinter cell so we came by and crashed in your living room (but didn't burn anything). So speaking for everyone keep up the work and we love nostalgia!
You did Hitman. Then I went to Splinter Cell. Then I just kept watching. Your voice is really soothing and your commentary is pretty entertaining. Im 4 years late but I hope you are still at it man. Keep it up if you can.
I looked for Reviews of Splinter Cell Games and you were the most relevant that came up for what I as looking for based on the Splinter Cell Games I have!
Hey man, I started thinking about how much I missed the splinter cell series when ghost recon wildlands released that Sam Fisher mission and then I started youtubing splinter cell. Your video came up and the title and length seemed worth watching and I found the video to be extremely good. I subscribed to your channel solely off that video and find your videos to be interesting while not being clickbaity. Glad I could support the channel! Keep up the good work.
Hey Craig wanted to let you know that I have been around since about 2012 when you were still uploading to your craigaa1028 channel, just keep going and I will keep supporting you every step of the way.
I watched your Splinter Cell video and loved it. Splinter cell was one of the few games I was able to get my hands on as a kid and I was hooked. After that, I just started watching your other videos and they’ve all been great so far!
I watched you since your original channel. I recall your humiliation rages being what got you popular but I was really interested in your let's plays (remember those?). Specifically Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. Here's to a new year.
I was checking out any videos on the Army Men series, can't remember why exactly... But I saw your video, and I enjoyed your format, I like the way you do what you do, so I'm sticking around! Perhaps not the most helpful comment, but hey. See you all in 2019!
Your splinter cell video was suggested to me on my home page sometime in October. I’ve really enjoyed what I’ve seen so far and I like forward to more from you. Happy New Year!!!
I was searching for splinter cell content (preferably long analysis) and noticed your retrospective video, instantly subscribed. I really hope that ubisoft working on a new splinter cell game, hoping it will not gonna became one more open word sandbox farcry\assassing creed like what they did to ghost recon
a little late to the party: you were recommended by a colleague, in particular because of your Splinter Cell Content. Your videos are definitely worth my time. While I don't agree with every opinion of yours (TLoU II? Come on!), I respect your reasoning and conclusions. Keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing more!
Been here since under a thousand.... shhh yes it still counts since this is your second channel technically. I’m so happy you are growing. Idk how you feel about your past days on UA-cam but pistol packing briny will always be my favorite UA-cam video of all time and it makes me so happy that you are growing. I hope you continue to grow and I’ll continue to keep saying I’ve been here since under a thousand
I guess i'm one of the rare few ha. I'v been with you since the pony videos and never looked back. I'v always found you entertaining and have been watching your stuff for a while. Glad you didn't lose hope over the low views in the beginning. Hard work always pays of in the end, keep it up!
The sudden spikes of attentions to your channel is clearly shown by the underlooked yet honest plus not-so-condescending video game "essay videos", something which will never get enough to the audiences of youtube, not to mention that not many people express their opinion on some of the games which became the subject of your videos, it's certainly makes people wanting to listen to you more on this platform, that I think you'll appreciate more and more if you took this seriously after you reach decent amount of subscribers, just keep doing what you're doing without any burdening expectations and you'll be surprised in good ways, hence happy Gregorian calendar new year CN guy, hope you'll find new ventures, opportunities and good times with other people
I was just watching some Metal Gear videos and I saw the Splinter Cell review pop up as a suggested video. I watched it, and man you did a good job on that video! The review was so well made I ended up tracking down a copy of the original. I played through the entire series and thanks to you I have now played, at least in my opinion, some of the best games of all time. In terms of gaming, that was probably the best thing I've done all year! Thanks again dude, and I'm pretty excited to see what you've got in the store for next year!
I have been a fan of yours for a really long time, Craig, of course, pistol-packing ponies was how I found you and I love you as a person and all of the content you do, you seem like a really fun guy and that is why I like the stuff that you make.
Found your channel because the splinter cell video was in my recommendations. Stayed for the whole hour and thought the least I could do for you making such an entertaining video is subscribe to your channel and check out a few more uploads! I have to say, your quality is consistent and I hope to see plenty more videos in the future. Also side note, July 2018 was a shit time for me too I got diagnosed with T1 diabetes then my health declined a lot, I had to drop out of college and I got a big surgery coming up. So I too played a bit of catch up with the games of 2018, lol!
Degibor Razor Kiwami 1 was the first Yakzua game I played last year. I liked it overall, but not enthusiastically. Yakuza 0 is what really turned me on to the series
@@CriticalNobody Yes,Kiwami 1 felt very..empty,compared to Zero. But for what it was,it was a decent game, continuing Kiryu's saga and in Zero engine? sign me up. I hope 3 remaster will come to the west soon. Also, have you heard about Judge eyes/Judgment?
A bit late to the party, but I stumbled upon your channel first with the Hitman retrospective (which I'm sure popped up because I watched the No Clip doc). You do good work and seem to have a good head on your shoulders with a good sense of humor. I hope to see some more exponential growth on your channel...
Craig, I've been watching you since you did CoD trolling videos in CraigAA1028. I watched nearly every video you released on that channel up until you moving to this one and I came right with you. As it turns out, you switched you making content that I already loved from creators like JonTron and Caddicarus, so I was excited for this channel. I love your content, I'm always gonna love your content, keep doing what you're doing and best of luck to you
Been following your content since about a month before pistol packing brony (boy did that video usher in a wild ride) You are one of the most genuine youtubers I have ever watched. You also bring up some pretty interesting and unique points I don’t often hear elsewhere. I seriously just want to see you succeed. Your videos are at least good enough to be a 1mil sub channel. Best of luck in the new year Craig, I’ll keep watching.
Love how honest and humble you are, sir. Yes, was hooked cuz your SC video, but im defenetly here to stay. You've earn my sub. Quality content, same taste for games, no "YT star" complecses and personal touch of the end of each video. And Happy New Year to everyone. Propaganda out.
To answer your question on how I discovered you, was that I was looking up stealth game videos and your Splinter Cell review video came up on side for "related videos"
I first saw your review of one of my favorite childhood games, Army Men: Sarge's Heroes. you remind me a lot of what I liked about other gaming youtubers that don't really do anything anymore. Keep up the good work!
I’ve been a big fan of yours since the old channel Craig and this is still one of my favorite channels I’m always super excited to watch your videos and see what you have to say. Keep it up man
Like most, I stumbled upon your channel with your Splinter Cell video. I’ve kept coming back because you really do create some fantastic content with a flow and personality that keeps your videos very enjoyable/watchable. Just keep going steady as you are and you’ll double your subscribers in 2019 ;)
I've been hooked since I saw your splinter cell vid. As far as entertainment and critical analysis you're up there with some of my favorites, like Ross's Game Dungeon and Hbomberguy. I simply dont get bored while watching your vids, and that's something special. Anyways, hope you bounce back from the fire and have a great new year. Peace.
While I didn’t play much of it I thoroughly enjoyed everything I played. Thank you for reminding me of this I might have to get back into it. Another great video
Was watching a ton other gaming channels (metaljesus, reviewtechusa, spawnwave, rageaholic)... specifically retro gaming and your army men review was recommended.... thought you were entertaining so I binged on your content.
Your content is frickin' awesome. Even if this is a recap of two years ago ,great picks. I originally landed on your channel after stumbling upon the Hitman recap video(which was just awesome in every way I could've hoped for , being the fan that I am of the series!). Thank you for doing what you do! p.s. The 90's video commercials rocked as well , and I can't help but wonder what you have against Battletoads being a Gamestop employee :) Godspeed!
I saw your Army Men N64 review on suggestions... Your thumb mail showed the box art, so it looked interesting. Luckily I stumbled into an entertaining channel. Lol
All Splinter Cell games reviewed video was recommended by UA-cam, watched and really enjoyed that, watched couple more videos, enjoyed them so then I subbed.
i was really into splinter cell then the history video popped up an i liked it so i subscribed.. i watched most of your content and i got to be honest it pretty damn good.. i love you keep up the great quality.
I found you back on your old channel Craig aa1208, after you shut that one down it took a year before i searched you up again and then i found your new channel
I stumbled across ur channel by watching a random resident evil video.. The video of urs that was recommended has been ur re4 vid.. Love ur vids I'm hooked. Would love to c u make more retro reviews of some different franchises from the gamecube/Xbox 360 Era, etc..
5 років тому+1
Upload vids more regular bro :) Like your vibe and very smooth narrative🤟
Like many of your new subscribers I started watching right around E3. There was a lot of buzz for a new splinter cell title so I was browsing UA-cam and stumbled across your video. (I believe that’s why you saw the spike). I started watching with the intent to only watch a few mins (50 min video seemed like a lot) but next thing you know I was watching it to the end. I really enjoyed the attention to detail, and the comparisons from game to game. Not to mention a great nostalgia trip, and honestly the whole G4tv rant had me hooked 😂. Keep making great detailed videos and look forward to what you got to bring 2019. PS. Love to see another franchise review video (halo, kingdom hearts, metal gear, etc. )
Regarding how I found you, I just saw you pop up a lot in my Recommended, and as a Splinter Cell fan myself, I eventually caved and decided to watch you one day when I wanted to relax with a longform video. I ended up finding your content surprisingly engaging and entertaining, though I didn't sub at first. After a while and deciding to go back to your channel to peep your other stuff, I also found it pretty nice, so I went ahead and gave you a sub. o/
Happy New Year Craig. Believe it or not I've been watching your videos since I stumbled onto your Minecraft videos on your original channel years ago. I've been watching you on UA-cam and Twitch ever since. As for my favorite games I really can't say since I didn't buy many this year, but I've been trying to complete my childhood games GTA 3, VC and SA. Hope you have a great 2019 and can't wait to see what you come up with.
Craig I’ve been watching you since CraigAA1028 and you’re just so fkn funny along with that seductive voice of yours and your friends that were made of stupid (UGHM! Bret) you make this almost pre-established character that’s the most enjoyable when he is in the focus. You are a very entertaining person.
You made an awesome SplinterCell Video... Now play Yakuza series make one nearly has the quality of that. Good Job, Happy 2019, wish you the best. I think I discovered you with digital foundry making a video how XboxOneX plays old og Xbox games amazingly well, and your video was suggested on the right bar, not sure, but, I think it was that. Either way, glad I found you.
Started watching from the Splinter Cell video onwards and thought you sounded like you knew your stuff. I still think so, as it happens :P Anyways, my GOTY is Tetris Effect, followed by God of War and Forza Horizon 4.
My recommendations page is full of entertaining content from this channel. Keep up the good work 👍 also respect to You for moving Red Dead Redemption 2 down the list because of online microtransactions, that practice ruins the experience of so many modern video games
My favourite game of the year is Assassins Creed Odyssey without any shadow of a doubt I got 600+ hours in this game and actually still playing it.There is no else game who catch me so much. Is not just my favourite game of the year is probably my favourite game ever
Those were my favorite games from this year, so what are yours?
Big thank you to everyone for choosing to watch my videos and welcome to all the new viewers I gained this year.
With any luck, you won't get bored of me in 2019
My favourite game was Avengers Infinity War.
you know I think the only good thing about the shitbag plagerising was more noteriety for the game and the guy he plagerised. So there's that at least.
Been a fan of your stuff for awhile Craigles. Glad you're getting the traction you deserve m'dude. Cheers to 2019.
You’re a god
So you played Yakuza 0 and jumped straight to Kiwami 2?! Whatabout Kiwami 1?!?!?
I recall your video on the Splinter Cell series popping up on the side bar one night when I was bored and jumping from channel to channel looking for someone new to watch. I thought it was a great video and decided to sub in case you uploaded anything else id find interesting.
Haha same happened to me!
Exactly the same xD
sam fisher needs to be an OP in Rainbow six siege.
I Highly Agree! 😂 Imagine the Gameplay lol.
@Mike 69 Right! 😂
HOT!
That would be sick.
Argus cams lol they failed cool but not sam

The era of let's plays and CoD trolling is when I found you. So about 5 years ago when I was in high school.
I just kinda stuck around.
Discovered you thanks to the Splinter Cell video as I'm sure a lot of people did. But since then I've watched every video you've put out. Gaming Memories of my Dad is one of my favourite things on UA-cam, and I find you to be a wholesome, righteous dude! Much love brother x

Nice to see some love for the Underrated Vampyr!
Sam Fisher needs to be in Smash Ultimate. imagine that.
GOLD24k5 Sam vs. Snake. Been waiting for this crossover for years.
I stumbled over your channel because UA-cam Algorithm adored your SplinterCell Video and I did too.
The Splinter Cell video was my entry point. Subbed for the structured critical breakdowns you seem to have a knack for. Good stuff.

I subbed because of Splinter Cell. You're one of the only youtubers that actually reviewed and talked about Splinter Cell
Gamers like splinter cell so we came by and crashed in your living room (but didn't burn anything).
So speaking for everyone keep up the work and we love nostalgia!
I found your channel through that God Hand review. An underappreciated gem in my mind, so seeing reviews about it is always a joy

I love your content, I'm always gonna love your content, keep doing what you're doing and best of luck to you
Been following your content since about a month before pistol packing brony (boy did that video usher in a wild ride)
You are one of the most genuine youtubers I have ever watched.
To answer your question on how I discovered you, was that I was looking up stealth game videos and your Splinter Cell review video came up on side for "related videos"
algorithm suggested the hitman series analysis, so i ended up watching it and subbing
So glad that I found your channel recently ❤ Happy New Year~
The splinter cell video and it was an instant sub. You my dear fellow are underrated.
I first saw your review of one of my favorite childhood games, Army Men: Sarge's Heroes. you remind me a lot of what I liked about other gaming youtubers that don't really do anything anymore. Keep up the good work!
I found your channel through a shoutout from Turbo Button for the Splinter Cell video, I believe.
I’ve been a big fan of yours since the old channel Craig and this is still one of my favorite channels I’m always super excited to watch your videos and see what you have to say. Keep it up man
From nobody to nobody. Congratulations for your channel.
Your videos are very good.
Happy new year from Europe
Like most, I stumbled upon your channel with your Splinter Cell video. I’ve kept coming back because you really do create some fantastic content with a flow and personality that keeps your videos very enjoyable/watchable. Just keep going steady as you are and you’ll double your subscribers in 2019 ;)
Dad of boi is my favorite, I found you through the splinter cell video, can’t wait to see more of your channel
Been watching your channel since the first Sprinter Cell video.
Great video and list man 😁 your Splinter Cell series retrospective is awesome!.
Peace.
You’re doing well because you’re a genuine, real guy who enjoys gaming. Keep it up man 😁
I...honestly don't remember how I found your channel XD but well, i subscribed, so the reason must been good^^
While I didn’t play much of it I thoroughly enjoyed everything I played. Thank you for reminding me of this I might have to get back into it. Another great video
Happy new year, dude. I was a basic normie that found you via the Splinter Cell vid but I’m glad you stuck with this channel after the fire fiasco.
Uhhhh i found your channel when you told me to watch your stuff
Was watching a ton other gaming channels (metaljesus, reviewtechusa, spawnwave, rageaholic)... specifically retro gaming and your army men review was recommended.... thought you were entertaining so I binged on your content.
I've been around since the very early CraigAA days. Loved your content then and continue to love what you do now.
Your content is frickin' awesome.
Even if this is a recap of two years ago ,great picks.
I originally landed on your channel after stumbling upon the Hitman recap video(which was just awesome in every way I could've hoped for , being the fan that I am of the series!).
Thank you for doing what you do!
p.s.
The 90's video commercials rocked as well , and I can't help but wonder what you have against Battletoads being a Gamestop employee :)
Godspeed!
Your personality and great game taste kept me around, after the splinter cell video. Keep it up, love your vids especially the longer ones.
I found you back on your old channel Craig aa1208, after you shut that one down it took a year before i searched you up again and then i found your new channel
YT suggestions for me, then checked out your other stuff and subbed with alerts.
I stumbled across ur channel by watching a random resident evil video.. The video of urs that was recommended has been ur re4 vid.. Love ur vids I'm hooked. Would love to c u make more retro reviews of some different franchises from the gamecube/Xbox 360 Era, etc..
PS. Love to see another franchise review video (halo, kingdom hearts, metal gear, etc. )
I found your thumbnail for your Splinter Cell retrospective and I thought: "Ahh fuck it, let's see what this is about...".
Sarge's Heroes popped up as a random suggestion so I figured I'd give it a watch and here I am.
The Splinter Cell video just popped up on UA-cam and I watched it because it was a nice long video. (I've never even really played a SC game before.)
I came for the resident evil videos, stayed for the great content.
I still think so, as it happens :P
Anyways, my GOTY is Tetris Effect, followed by God of War and Forza Horizon 4.
OK, I`m watching it in 2020 and waiting for your 2019 GOTY picks)) Thanks you for your videos
My recommendations page is full of entertaining content from this channel. Keep up the good work 👍 also respect to You for moving Red Dead Redemption 2 down the list because of online microtransactions, that practice ruins the experience of so many modern video games
First of all Happy New Year.
Secondly how exactly did you do this? In my list of recommended videos right now is the NakeyJakey video.
Found you through the splinter cell video, don't sell yourself short man your content is pretty decent compared to the other garbage on the site
My favourite game of the year is Assassins Creed Odyssey without any shadow of a doubt I got 600+ hours in this game and actually still playing it.There is no else game who catch me so much. Is not just my favourite game of the year is probably my favourite game ever
2:25 the wendigos scare me so much i barely even wanna play anymore
This is probably the best year for gaming
With Kiwami 2 and 0 you've played the best ones in my opinion already. But with a PS3 I can still recommend 3-5, and Kiwami on PS4 is great too.
Sam is supposed to be in his 60s now. Let that sink in.
Found this video in the top of my recommendation when I opened the app
Finally someone mentions VAMPYR.
Vampyr was my GOTY
