If you can keep the full-blown cottage below $50K for a while, you will blow up even more as a company. It's a nice layout and great for a single person or even first-time home buyer.
Absolutely
I wouldn’t want to sit facing the kitchen sink…the floor plan us whack to me.
@@poisonlady1965 Good point. I would consider a picture window (same size as the bay window) on the side wall for a nicer view.
Well there's two unfair statements, just saying
It's a tiny home people!!!!!!!!
I just paid for my RJO today! Im so excited!
Yeah you congratulations 😊🙏
That's awesome! Congratulations!
@hai5641
How mu$h did U pay? If I may ask, Do you plan to live in a "community"? I ask due to Curiosity of the IMPACT of the ($10,000 "Sucker Punch" U take on the Chin to have the, opportunity/ability to "Lease a Lot" @ $200-$300 per month (for Life?) How is this a Guarantee?? Are the Dynamic Duo Immortal? Is this in Writing? Legal & Binding? 🤔
@@philluphardagain4925 I won't be living in a community just yet. I only paid for the house 15k and will be storing it in California. I do have a parcel in California city but I need to jump through all the hoops to get permits.
For the first time in my life as a single mother who has endured a very bad divorce you have given me HOPE I can own a home for myself and my kids. God bless y'all for your dedication to making affordable homes when there are so many in need💞💞💞
I hope all your dreams come true!! I know its tough right now for the younger generation. All the best!
This whole approach of using what would be waste panels from the production of steel doors and using them to make homes is genius. It’s like the ultimate “lemonade from lemons” scenario.
Ya if they were cheaper to own. Probably will be HOA controlled and be packed into a sardine community with them.
@@ReysonFox till you buy your own land and tow the house out there and live happily ever after.
This is the reason WHY I love your channel!
You always showcase many things for every budget!

That's what I need! One that comes with a handyman
Best Quality, Integrity, Value & Price of ANY...Tiny Home Manufacturer in the Country, if not the World......Bonnie K.---been watching this company over six years...
I keep hoping to see the cottage decorated so i can get a picture in my mind how it fits ...
At the end of this they do a walk through of exactly that an INCREDIBOX connected to an Add-a-box!
@@SharonUK What about people and prospective customers like myself who appreciate all sides of a situation to help me make a smart decision for myself? I think your censorship is a bad thing. Wealthy people aren't buying these sheds and tiny houses. The best thing that can be done for us middle and low income folks is hearing all sides. That is the core of this country, the United States of America and our Constitution. I've read your comments over the past few videos. It's clear that you are a biased fan of this manufacturer. Please have the morality and conscience to allow people spending their limited savings to understand all aspects and possibilities. Please.🙏
I would love to see real life example of a cottage with an add-a-cottage attached.
Yes! I've goofed with the idea on paper. The placement of the kitchen & the bathroom makes it a bit complicated, but it's fun to play with ideas.
I am seriously interested in the cottage with an add-a-cottage! Please set one up for us to view! Please🙏 I am having trouble visualizing how I would set up the cottage with the add-a cottage I would one to have the living room & possibly bed & bath while keeping the cottage as is? I think 😅
Yes can't wait to see that
@michaeltice4281 Previous videos where he talks about it says it adds another cottage, turning into two bedrooms, two baths. I think that's what we all want to see. Obviously, most could visualize an empty shell, but that's not the example we're requesting. We want to see the two bedroom, two bath version.
If I did an add-i-cottage, I would make it may living room, a 2nd bedroom or use as an office or craft room,as needed. Then use the bathroom plumbing for a half bath with a well situated toilet and the sink with a regular, small vanity across from it.
I have someone I know that paid 27k for her tiny home in December ,Then was promised delivery in February , then May now October . That is not how I do Business . And you do. Not roll out new product & make promises your not keeping . JS when you have not delivered paid for product. It is being run like a MLM. I told her she should get a full refund due to non delivery as promised or Lawyer up. That is just wrong. If you have supplies to make new designs . Hers should have been built . Crazy .
I’m totally in love with the cottage ❤
Me to. Washer and dryer got me
I love the cottage!!!! It's so beautiful.
I would paint the under part of the porch a lite blue; that would look awesome. This would be on the cottage.
Great picture window on RJO home.Randy& Amanda and ACE stay cool y'all.🧸 of Knoxville Tennessee.
Can’t wait to see The Cottage after Amanda decorates it!
I’m so excited! I can’t wait to come visit and get a tour!
Randy, we love you and Amanda! Keep the dream going!
One person says one thing another person says another thing the sales department doesn't know what Randy is saying on video & they have no idea what he's talking about. I know because I've spoken with them. Prices are constantly changing. It's ridiculous that people are still waiting on Homes from last year and now they're selling this $15,000 home that's actually going to cost well over 35 if you want it on a lot. I think they need to focus on one project at a time & finish a community & build the homes that have been waiting instead of putting this RJO out there. Now they are going to put production on hold in October to build them and then not knowing when the next group of RJO's are going to be built. Good luck to all of you who put money out.
They’re sending these home/apt building developers scrambling, good
OMG that's my house! I forgot how pretty it is. I have just finished purging the third time so I can come to live in my house finally and even three times is probably not enough! Thank you Randy and Amanda I have been watching you guys for over three years now and love what you are creating for people so they can afford to live a good and prosperous life on limited incomes. Bless you both.😘
Good for you…I don’t know where your finding any info on this tiny house but I would love to see the interior…How do you contact Randy or Amanda??
@@katherinebruno616Their email address is in the description for this video!
Geez. How much did Randy and Amanda pay you for that cornball endorsement?
The cottage looks much better with the extra window in the bedroom 👍
I love seeing the different materials and styles that can be used to decorate the tiny houses.
I think its important to stick to the AFFORDABLE homes for now because thats what people need! But you need to have a 3 minute HIGHLIGHT every week showcasing a short film of what others have done with their homes!
@@american_woman - Are you a customer, or a viewer only?? ...because I remember you disparaging ITH often. Do you work for a competitor?
@@susanbeals7597 YES HE DOES WORK FOR A COMPETITOR.
I wish Randy had the time to teach companies how to run a company. Love the atmosphere. Excellent quality homes, ITH employees love their company and work. ❤
Clearly you never been on welfare or lived in a broken home
What I found to be the most incredible aspect about my sister's tiny home is the way you managed to squeeze every last bit of money out of her retirement account and still the place is virtually uninhabitable.
oh wow, is it that bad??? what's wrong with it?
Thanks for giving folks a reality check. I watch these "infomercials" with the corny snake oil salesmen dancing around the tiny villages, tiny homes, homes on wheels, etc. etc. Why don't they just offer a T-pee in a Bag?! People need to stop and think. The majority of these builders subcontract everything, put the subdivisions out of city limits in order to find all the loopholes available, i.e. the codes they can ignore. Things like a tiny home outside city limits in Austin, Texas are being built on a lot that is 20' wide! You and your neighbor's house are approximately 10' apart; and while the triple digits cook Texas during the summer, rarely is there anything beyond a wall A/C unit! I've yet to see more than a couple of builders even mention a garage, and because it will take more than 1 adult income to afford the mortgage, that means curbside parking on a tiny street that will prohibit access to larger City and County emergency vehicles with fire-fighting, life-saving first responders. This entire idea is going to be even a bigger catastrophe than Bidenomics! And once the corporations come in and start flipping them, creating thousands upon thousands of more overpriced rentals, it's anybody's game!
These greedy bastards need to be taken off the planet forever
wow.
why dont you elaborate?
You guys are great! Keep doing what you doing.
Love these homes!!! Getting mine within the next 12 months
Me too! 🤗
i’m
thinking on getting one but i’m trying to find out who insured them
I so want one...im jealous of those who can afford them
i sure hope you keep offering that 15k house with the off grid add on's you mentioned for xtra (i think you said total is 20 to 25k) . It is ideal because, although it is small, it is completely off grid as i understand it. Meaning electric goes out and all will still work including a/c which is insanely important to me living in FL right now. I am looking to air bnb in your mountain area to meet and see. Have you guys thought of having a section where you rent those 15k tinies as another part of your business? Which will inspire more people to buy.
In a few years I'll be inheriting a few acres of land. With the cost of living impossible to live on SSI alone I'd like to buy a few of these tiny homes to rent at a very low price of course so women and men can have a nice place to live while still being able to have some money left to save or treat themselves sometimes. I've been watching Bob Wells at cheap living by showing people how to live in a car, van etc very thankful to him however for many of us with disabilities trying to live in a van could be EXTREMELY difficult having so many appointments to our doctors and children and grandchildren and don't want to be a burden to them. I've learned recently that many people's SSI checks or less than 1300 dollars a month with many even less than that. I'm praying that more people will read this and think about doing something similar. We don't even need these most time's large homes anymore so hopefully people downsize and help others besides it's not going to cost you any money and you'll be happier knowing that your part of the solution. ❤ may God continue to bless you. These 2 have inspired me as well!!
Incredible Tiny Home Village Communities! Trying to manifest❤
Love the new panels, they look smooth, and only a vertical seam every 30-40 inches. Also noticed that pretty light pink/lavender Incred-i-box in the distance. At one angle in the video it looks light pink, and another angle it looks lavender. Lilac.
The advantage of the Incred-i-Box and Add-a-Box, is that you can haul each of them without a permit, and they won't be too wide, then when you get them where you want, you can attach them together. Maybe add a third one to be a screened-in porch with a storage area for your washer/dryer set up. This will give you more room for you to live in.
The sponge painting can also be done with a wrinkled up paper bag and two colors that are only 1 shade apart in color, and when finished and dry, it looks like leather on the wall.
Amanda and Randy, I think what you are doing is Awesome. You both have convinced me to really downsize my home and lifestyle and to begin prepping to live Tiny. After doing some homework on my end I am not able to come up with necessary funds to make the jump at this time but I am praying that when time is right you will still be around and I can join one of your communities.
Continue moving forward and keep doing all the wonderful things you are doing.
Blessings and Peace 🕊🙏✝️🕊
Did you check out their financing? They will keep it while you pay in installments.
Did you even see the interior? I’m trying to get as much information as possible but can’t seem to …If there’s interior pics, where do I find them? I also would love to downsize if possible..
@@estherstrategicadvisor749 Yes, I understand they will finance up to $24,000, if I remember correctly, and I am getting closer to my goal. Thank you ☺

Randy, will you explain the buy-in costs. Lot costs ??
Many thanks.
You two, and ITH, are truly amazing. I would buy that RJO if I could. It would be amazing to be able to own my own home and to afford life. Please don’t stop being so awesome!!!
Want that adorable cottage! Off grid, just have to figure out how! Its perfect!
Randy you deserve a cottage home
I really hope the prices stay put for at least a year. I am in the process of saving now! I am so excited!!
I love the cottage. Id like a stove and a small tub. This will be my first time forever home. Trying to find a piece of land now. Love it!!!
I would reconsider planting crabapple trees. Messy and high maintenance!
The second one they enter is amazing I personally wouldn’t want that many or that huge windows but he designed that house perfect I love the full bathroom sliding door to laundry what a remarkable tiny house great job I only dream of owning one like this someday ty
I currently live in an efficiency with a Murphy double-size bed. As a single, I could easily use a twin size which could fit on a narrow wall. I’m wondering why you don’t offer that option with various collapsible features in a wall attached to the bottom of the bed. It would open up daytime space in the truly teeny tiny homes. Also, if I’m honest, I don’t cook much anymore. All I need for a kitchen is a drawer to pull out a two burner plug-in cooktop, a counter-top oven, a tiny microwave, and enough drawer space for a days worth of dishes and pans plus food storage. You might want to talk to some retired ladies to see what we really use in a day. The less there is, the less there is to clean. Yea! Love everything you do and love TN! 😊💕💕💕
When you panned around to the palm trees @27:46, I saw a pretty cute house that had a painted sunshine on it. I also saw sliding glass doors on it. 👍
The incred- i cottage would be great with an incred-i hut /shed/outdoor entertainment center/guest quarters, about 1/3 the size of the incred-i-cottage in the same design. I see one on either side of the cottage about 10 ft apart with decks adjoining all three. Nothing inside like a shed.
I love the cottage, beautiful! Doesn’t even seem small, especially when you’re in the kitchen. I love it!
Loving the cottage and all the choices with the add a box, so much to think about!
Where I live in the California desert it’s super cool to see the palm trees 🌴 trimmed. One guy either climbs up or get jacked up and the hand trim them way up over the second story of our community…very cool ❤
Good afternoon from Syracuse NY Randy and Amanda
I would like to see the inside of the 1st one you showed. It was 2 attached together. I like the cottage but is a little too tiny for my needs. I need to have a place for a table and 4 chairs AND a place to sit and watch TV. As well as a kitchen. But I would like an option for a small oven also. I like to cook. I think the home was 2 incredaboxes connected
5th person watching! I love you guys! I’ve got plans for one of your tiny homes. Soon!
Keep doing what you do!
You guys are awesome!!!
Love these tiny home at affordable prices. 🎉
I have 45.5 acres of land that I am seeking to put a few low income rentals. I am in love with the cottage which would fit in perfectly in my state of Maine, wooded property. Question? I would rather have them Not on wheels but on a slab & connected to electric, and water.
I think its great someone is still building affordable homes.
Just a thought. Can you get the bay window bump out without the window and have a Murphy bed built in that bump out in the RJO. I think that would be such a great use of the space.
Excellent idea!
That would be my choice as well. Not a fan of that bay window but a bed would be great!
I prefer the texture of the panels.
I enjoy these videos so much. Anybody’s worried about staying in one of the smaller homes I stay in a Casita camper which has 10 feet of room it’s laid out it has a lot of storage tiny bathroom for six months every year to escape Tennessee‘s cold right? And I am happy it is easy to care for I know where everything is it’s very organized and I have time to go do other things. I’m really thinking of purchasing two of these little homes one and Tennessee and maybe one in Florida or one for Yuma Arizona which lately I’ve been going to win the winter. Don’t be afraid folks of a smaller home it is really your choice what you do with it and if you think about tiny campers in RVs and for me especially I can be very happy and those that I know I could be happy in a smaller home as well. And believe me after replacing the air conditioner system having my decks redone getting ready to sell here in Tennessee the amount of care I have to give on 5 acres is a lot and at my age of 64 I’m getting weary of it. I am so looking forward to living in Buffalo Creek and possibly putting something small in another spot for the cold weather so don’t be scared to live in a smaller abode there are wonderful things about it. Sorry if I was wordy I was just thinking about this all day today.
Beautiful home and affordable. Come on everyone buy some homes. Great job to everyone that is involved in making these homes. Blessings to you all.
we came to tour them posted some they are well built
By the time you move it, and find the land, it will end up costing more than most regular houses ($100,000). THe best choice it to buy an RV which has most of the creature comforts (and find a year round camping area). MUCH CHEAPER!
You are doing exactly what I have dreamed of doing. You are giving people an affordable alternative. You are the first tiny home builder that I have come across that offers truly attractive prices. I have always wanted to build a tiny home community.
…"an affordable alternative"? Where do you think these little houses on wheels are to be taken? Do you realize the price of property, the maze of city/county codes and zoning? What about access to water, gas and electric power?
Number 1 vacation to meet Amanda and Randy.
And see all the tiny homes 😀
I love the lavender purple color one.
I love the textured walls!
@@EMBERS-BECAME-BRIGHT-JOY yes, I watched the video and they explained that.
Love Love the Cottage 2024 plans to come visit. I live in Northern California in Fair Oaks a suburb Of Sacramento. I would love to buy the cottage and move it to the mountain community. God Bless you
can you please tell us in your next video exactly what you need solar-wise to run the mini-split, winter or summer please? you said it quickly but not sure that will be sufficient. what is the cost of just the solar you need to run it? how many batts? how many panels? size inverter? thank you.
Heard there is only a 90 day home warranty on the homes … is this correct?
I enjoyed watching and listening to this tour. I thank You for posting. I send a smile from Canada.
Don't lose Amanda, ever! We love her!!❤
Where would everything go if it were fully off grid in the cottage? And I like the textured walls on the prototype. This is just beautiful.😊
I too like the texture walls particularly for the ceiling. It would be a good contrast when the walls are smooth textured. Overall, I like the the texture walls being completely done with the Incred-I-cottage and the Incred-I-box.
Love the cottage😊such a cute front porch and good living space inside. Would love it near a lake.
I’m coming Thursday. I have an Am appointment 🤗 I want to meet ACE🤗
Ace runs the show😊
The cottage looks really nice. As many others have said I'd like to see a cottage with an add-i-cottage attached fully completed and decorated. I'm probably the odd man out here because with all else being equal I have to admit I'm a closet large tiny home admirer. The more square footage a tiny home has the more I like it. If there was a tiny home with 700 sq ft living space then that's the one I would more likely gravitate toward, if it was affordable. Okay I said it. Large tiny home. Is that wrong? 🤭
hmm. i'm curious how much these homes weigh. i'm guessing you'll need either a diesel truck or a dually for towing purposes. it would be nice to be able to pull these with a vehicle with lower towing capacity like a van.
Beautiful homes ❤😊
Suggestion: Put the bay window in the 'living room" to seem like more space at kitchen to living room.
If I could only afford one bay window, I would put it in the living room, as it's a very small area. Better yet, I'd buy two bay windows.
Love these! I do need the interior dimensions of each room so I know where I fit best!
Look on their website for measured drawings of each model.
New panels were not suppose to have seaming gaps, but they do, what's the deal?
They didn’t say no seams but there wouldn’t be fasteners and screw heads showing. There will always be a seam where the joining panels meet. The new panels interlock so they don’t need to be screwed together.
They do not have all the screws that held the old panels together. Made to slip together & fit “seamlessly.” Much smoother finish & even more tightly insulated.
That cottage with the bay window is perfect.
I like the textured walls actually better. ☺
When will the cottage be decorated. Would love to see this with furniture. thank you
Love the cottage just need the kitchen and living room changed around. Kitchen on the back on right and left of door to the bathroom and bedroom, living room too the front on both sides.
As for that one you first walked into with the 2-tonned bathroom wall... I did that with 2 super mastersuite bdrms & a short connecting hall. One in green & gold, (the prosperity craft room) the other in brown & tan (hall) then the 2nd master in light & dark blue, (our tropical/safari paradise room) . With the blue I did the base first then used plastic bags to lightly apply the top coat by hand... But when I got to the other master, I went & got a sea sponge roller. LOL It was a LOT of work. I did it to suprise my husband when he came back from Iraq in '04.
It is gorgeous

Second person here! 😊 excited to see them all!
Randy I would really like an IPP more scaled for a homeowner because I don't want my tiny house out in the baking hot sun to get electricity to make the AC work harder to cool my house. It don't make sense.
I hope you don't mind me commenting on the Leyland cypress trees. Back in the 1990s I lived in flowery Branch Georgia and planted at least 25 Leyland cypress trees. I bought the small I think one gallon size, they were probably no bigger 12 to 18 in tall. I then found generic type evergreen fertilizer spikes and hammered them in between each tree. I did not know all that much about Leyland's at the time and planted them probably 3 ft. apart. I knew I wanted a solid wall and man O man did I get a solid wall alright. If I had to do it over I would probably plant them five to six feet apart at least. I cannot say enough about those fertilizer spikes, I saw a noticeable growth within 6-8 weeks. I'm not here to tell anybody what to do I can only go by my experience and want to pass on what I learned. To have faster growth which I know you know this but if you can get the 10 gal. size or of course larger if you can afford it. In only 3 or 4 years (can't remember) I had 16 ft tall x 10 ft diameter trees. It was a beautiful sight to behold. So I was happy to hear you're incorporating them. What an exciting time to be living there right now, I'm so jealous that I cannot be there. I do not see my dream fading away of living there one day. I love working the ground, I'd like to learn how to grow vegetables and I want to be a part of that, of course I'm talking a large vegetable garden and with enough volunteers we can do it non profit for all residents of Incredible tiny homes community. God Bless You All.
I love love the Cottage too Randy!👍🏾☺️🏡🇺🇸
Perhaps include the info on what is the brand for the Refrigerator, washer & dryer will be included? 🙏🏽
If you order a cottage and add on or whatever you’re calling it, how long does it take to get it and shipping to Wisconsin?
Are you going to be doing an add a cottage? If so, are you going to have one to show how they go together?
Adorable ..That window makes it..
Keep up the good work ITH.... but unfortunately it doesn't fix the problem of.... ppl have NO PLACES to put those homes!!??
Backyards, I see mostly, there are 4 within a 3 mile radius of me in the city of Atlanta.
dude, you are a great spokesperson --- -i'm not in the market but you are making me want one anyway
" you gotta do a 360, alright Amanda?" lol. I think Amanda did great.
I love the cottage but they really need to add a place for food storage and more room to put a couch and tv
I would love to see a video that is a quick look through the interiors of your products with no commentary, so it goes fast.
Where is the RJO water heater? I want an apartment fridge and a w/d combo. I’m an older lady and cannot sleep in the loft but love the price. I’m waiting on my retirement to come to see what I can afford.
Hot water tank is in the loft.
Upstairs waterheater unless you add ab egress window
Can't NOT love these two and these homes. How awesome the prices are too.
QUESTION: Can the "Deluxe" Incred-i-cottage be done in the old panels for a discount?
Instead of the $49,900??
It's priced at $49,900 fully finished. If you don't want it fully finished, and will do the finishing yourself, you get a discount.
@susanbeals7597 the Incred-i-cottage is built with the new panels, fully loaded for $49,900. I was curious about using the older panels for a lower price.
If I wasn't disabled and could "do-it-myself" I would purchase
the basic Incred-i-cottage.
Could you should the little one with the porch behind you when your video comes on? That's adorable!!
I love the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon! We have two, and they are the best dogs!
I love the cottage.
I would like a tub shower combo.
Maybe put the bathroom at the back of cottage with the washer dryer in bath.
The washer dryer space could be a walk in pantry with shelving behind the middle wall for crock pots etc.
Tub shower on back outside wall with w/d.
Sink cabinet toliet on opposite wall.
