Even if you beat the challenge you would have to do the hub quests because they also give credit after beating narwa theAlmother
This confirms my hunch that the games didnt got easier, just more convinient and forgiving.
How does it do that? The only games he completed were the two gen 5 games, and P3rd, which was considered the easiest game before gen 5.
Plus he only died in a gen 2 game. Making the gen 2 more tank harder than gen 3, 4, and especially 5.
More convenient and forgiving was the reason why the games got easier. You mean games were more polished with less buggy animations and wacky hitboxes?
They are definitely easier, he says that multiple times and even beats rise village in a day lol. Convenient and forgiving = easier

Fun fact, since you were doing the ultimate versions of the game, theoretically speaking, you would have also had to finish the expansions for both world and now rise, as they are the g-rank/ultimate expansions for those games

Why did you choose to do the games in this way? Would it have been better to do all of one game and then the next game? I just imagine it resulted in a lot of bizarre controller moments as you constantly had to adjust to new games. Not a critique, more of a curiosity. EDIT: Nvm I got to your choice to change to doing one game at a time. Good decision I think.

Hey man, I'm super late to this... but I'll suggest anyway that if you want to try this again let it be a community challenge. 4-player hunts in the online portions would be a lot of fun and speed things up dramatically.
As for setting it up not everyone can be online all the time so following along would be tricky... allow people to come in on their usual characters but limit their gear to stuff using parts of monsters (respecting rank) you have personally killed and materials personally gathered (at least once) in the challenge. I'm happy to help on the murder front and can throw together an Excel template for tracking the material lists as well.

I now this is off-topic but have you heard about the lost wild ? It’s a FPS dinosaur game with accurate dinosaurs though it’s not out yet

The key to get what you need is you dont want it , the more you wanting it the lower the drop rate mate even worst the drop rate can belower then 0,0000001%
You didn't even consider MH1 G and MH2 Dos, which would make the challenge even harder

I feel that RNG struggle. In rise I fought over 10 Tigrex before I got my first maw. I needed the maw cause I wanted to run tigrex longsword. I’m sad to say I probably spent around 2 to 3 at least just trying to get the maw.
I know what you mean. Sometimes is the drop rate of the monsters your friend and sometimes the biggest d*** in the game.
@@florianp1283 exactly, spent 5 hours trying to get a basarios tear and yesterday I literally got 3 valstrax orbs in one hunt
Rise has higher drop rate and lower mats requirement than other gen
I was expecting something like "there are this many hours in a week, is it possible to, collectively, beat all these games under the hour cap"

I'm pretty sure when I played monster Hunter world which is my first month's Hunter game I believe it took me about a month or I believe it took me about either a month or three a month to defeated and for rise I played it at first but again I like I had trouble playing with the Nintendo switch so I literally stopped playing it and I start playing again during when I during the beginning of the school year maybe even before then but I beat monster Hunter rice and under maybe 2 months so the fact you're able to almost do this in 2 weeks she is just so the talent you have

Ughm I get it if you only did, Village MHFU, MH3U, MH4U, MH World, and MH Rise. That's how you beat them.
I did not list GU because it has sooooooooooooo much content in LR and HR that it takes a long time for this alone.

Your downfall was trying to get Tri on top of 3U and portable 3rd, it's just plain stupidity. Tri and 3U share many of the same quest progression so you just need to get 3U done. Freedom Unite has a really easy low rank progression but since it's a 2nd gen game it's filled with jank that will artificially make it harder to beat in time. Rise and World are by far the easiest tho.

Monster hunters Tri RnG imo is the worse thing in the world. Literally, took me 6 months to get a rathalos plate and when I did the servers ended the next week. Legit cried

Lol Every MH game if you want to beat for roll credit are just easy. But If you attempt achieve full set end game armor in every MH series, hahaha good luck with 1 week attempt

Each MH game can be beaten in a week? But how? I've been playing MH3U on 3DS for 3 weeks straight, and still haven't made it to G-Rank.

Yeah playing 3U G Rank solo was a different beast. I played on 3ds where there was no online, so I gave up halfway through.
@@plus-delta4477 mate im playing on 3ds and im hr 36 trying to get a dire dragongem and to hr70 it is pain and after that hr999 all solo as nobody i know plays monster hunter its pain
just capture rathian or pick up the shiny.
Was hoping you'd do Tri regular over Tri Ultimate and use the wii remotes. While alot did it with a controller, the swimming sections were better for the remotes and really responsive and once you have it down pat you can get through the game very quickly.
I consider myself a very calm fellow but this manage to pissed me off 0:15 Why does everyone avoid MHGen like the plague.

Why doing MH3 & MHP3 but not MH2 and MHFU? I believe MH2 is one of the hardest in the series, and it's always skipped.
Well I was doing Freedom Unite. And MH Dos is a Japan exclusive and I'm unable to get my hands on such a game

Of course you can't beat these games within a week. These are meaty games that rely on gathering resources and RNG. They weren't designed for speed running at all. Especially the older games

Wait dude i mean, monster hunter 1 and monster hunter dos in ps2 are games that are leagues of their own, it's a complete insult to the franchise not even playing them and saying that their equivalent is freedom unite????, I mean in the originals you did not had even palicos, it was played with right analog stick, i mean this notion of freedom unite being equivalent is completely wrong
