According to me, As a normal user you don't need to buy any antivirus. Microsoft has improved Defender in Windows 10 "Creators Update" ( recently Released). just use it and keep updating Defender & Windows. Just don't ever try to execute Virus files and always scan removeable drives before accessing...... If you still wish to buy than go for Bit defender or Eset ..... Quick heal will surely slow down your system
