Good afternoon @Wali! I am a fan! I agree with your wisdom/strategy. I am currently working in a help desk role, but looking to head more in the NOC or Network Administrator direction. I have the CompTIA (Trifecta) and ISC2 as well. I am currently scheduled to take the CCNA 200-301 at the end of June. Keep the content coming! Great stuff!
Thanks so much for the nice comment Pat! Yes indeed help desk should be used as a stepping stone. The main thing is to keep learning but also try to network with people (pun intended haha). So that involves speaking with engineers and connecting with them on LinkedIn. Also with your CCNA I wish you the best and keep studying Pat it will elevate your career big time!
I am so glad you did. Good luck in getting your CCNA, focus a lot on doing labs and just playing around with the network. That’s the best way to learn!
Thanks for the tips bro, I graduated from CS 2 years ago and work as a motion designer. Now I'm 25 and I want to persue carrer as a network engineer. Is it possible to land a job as a network engineer with only CCNA without become Helpdesk?
It’s possible but having experience is really going to make your life easier. But since you have a degree In CS you should be just fine. I had a degree with CCNA and no experience when I started as network engineer.

@@NetworkWali thanks! I’ve already networked with some at my current job and on LinkedIn. Learning a whole lot.
Best rule of thumb.
Don't know the answer. Know why it is the answer
Love your content ..completed azure fundamentals and net+ …on to the CCNA

Good Videos. Do you feel Neil Anderson is enough to pass this course video wise?
Set to start
I tell people use Alpha Prep and CML

Did you take notes while watching the videos
Yes that’s what you need to do! Watching Will without notes will not help at all. Also use flash cards so you can remember all the terminology
