yea nightmare mode is just HARD. For a kids game it’s pretty hard if you choose hard or nightmare. I was playing Skylanders Trap Team once with one of the Gimmick Skylanders (trap masters) and it got 1 shotted by a trap I accidentally fell on.
fun bizarre fact! you can actually reset the toy data of an imaginate crystal. on the Wii version of Giants. Exclusively. You can't even use the crystal in imaginators because the games aren't forwards compatible

I'm Planning a future revival myself some day (Made the Video of the 3DS Reset Method you mention) & getting to understand Both how you got the Dino Avatar and how it's animated and how it amazingly cast shadows would really be up my alley, so that I know if a similar approach or technique would work for me or not, very curious & bet other people also would like to know. ; Something in the style of the Joel Haver video named "How I Animated This Video" would be fantastic to see from you to explain the avatar, assets, method and more, Thx in Advance. Also I Acknowledge the Cleaver Description that work on multiple levels.
I’m definitely planning on going in depth once I get a bigger audience that would like to see it! I’ll tell u basically what I’m doing right now. This is all 3D animated similarly to how Pixar and Dreamworks made their animations. I use Autodesk Maya to Model, Rig, and Animate. Maya is a professional software that u have to pay for BUT u can do the same thing with Blender and Blender is free (I’ve just never worked with it). And then I export the assets into Unreal Engine 5 to work with Lighting, Layout, and Rendering. There’s a bunch of videos on UA-cam to help with each step of the process and that’s how I’ve learned a lot. I am going to college for this so I do have some formal learning, but you can learn everything from practice and new projects! After I get the animations rendered I take it into a regular video editing software (I use after effects and premiere pro but any software would work) and put all of the clips together. To record audio, I use premiere pro’s voice over recoding feature and it lets me record my audio into the project itself and I don’t have to use a dedicated audio software. If u need any help u can 100% respond to this and I’ll comment some links to videos that I’ve used. Sorry for the super long response but I hope this helps you out even a little bit!

Yes Playing With Oldder Skylanders is Basically Hard Mode but to Be Fair if you really Good at the Game you could beat it with Just Drobot Also Massive Respect you did with Mention the Story yes it Just a Kids Game But If people want to Improve it's story you could just make a Fandubs and such Yes I know i Played this game back on the Wii U when i was a Kid and I'm still Enjoying the serier regardless I to recommend at least trying each of the Skylanders games to give it a Chance
Honestly yeah! The copies on PlayStation are actually a lot cheaper too! Tbh you don’t even need to buy the characters from the starter pack just buy characters that u want :)
