- Daniel Duncan and his partner Kelly-Jane Marle dumped mattresses, rubble and doors in at least seven tips on the country lane in Bushey, Hertsmore. But Hertsmere Borough Council have taken their revenge on the pair - by crushing their tipper truck (pictured).
