My lord, can you just chill until we see what progress AOC has made in year 2. I say we will go 11-6 and playoff berth. 2nd in the West
And JHerb with Harbaugh have first in west. Aside from that, the only thing we can agree on is taking out the chiefs
I’m not an AOC optimist. Maybe I’m wrong but I’d rather get a QB next year. Especially if he doesn’t impress a ton

@@Hercules674 The Chargers have holes all over their roster and have 3rd place written all all over them their defense is going to be bad. All they have is a good QB and OL they will be good in a couple of years though. The Broncos are worse than the Chargers by far they need a couple of good drafts and good FA classes before they can compete. The Raiders are the only team that can cause the Chiefs to work for it and I think they will their defense is going to be easily top 10 and if they sign a veteran CB with the ton of money they have left they will be top 5. The Raiders can still make moves to improve the team especially after June 1st. It comes down to AOC if the 10lbs of muscle and all the time at the teams facility all offseason pays off it'll be a really fun year for Raider fans and I know the Raiders will be no fun for anyone to play against this year.

What makes the Raiders a dangerous team is they have seriously good talent in key areas, a HC that has produced serious "Buy In" from a hungry team that has been thru a lot in these last 3 to 4 seasons. I'm not worried at all about O'Connell. He fits the scheme perfectly and has incredible skill players all around him. From Day 1 he will be working with the starters.

Zeus held the fort down last 4 weeks of the season setting franchise records for most rushing yards in 1st 4 starts! Chargers & Donkeys are in a complete rebuild! Also Donkeys haven't beaten us since we moved to Vegas & we would've swept 🧹 the Chiefs last year if we hadn't blown a 14 point lead in the 1st game! No reason on God's Green 🌎 Why we shouldn't at least lock 🔐 down a Wild Card Spot with Minshew who can make plays with his legs & has more quality, targets around him than in any point in his career! So I must strongly disagree with your assessment!
I don't think Minshew was brought in to start and if he does end up starting that's bad for the Raiders because it'll mean AOC's hard work in gaining muscle and spending all offseason in the teams facility has failed. The only shot we have at having our longterm QB is AOC Minshew was signed in case of failure or injury. I'm pulling for AOC to defy the odds the 49ers did it with the last freaking pick in the entire draft but Raider fans can't get behind a 4th rd pick it's absurd. Just pretend AOC came out after his junior year like he should of when he had a 1st rd grade. We deserve some good luck we've had so little of it for a while.
Las Vegas Raiders has a good enough roster to win now. Offense can play with high energy and the defense can match we gonna be a big time contender. Calling it now Raiders will win the AFC West Division Title.

@@MetroSportsYT Yes indeed why not? Our roster better than theres. We have a better coaching staff also. There’s no reason we can win and take over.
The biggest question marks for me is if Aidan can improve enough to get the job done. The last four games of last season gives me hope, plus Max and Devonte seem to really like him.
The second thing is Getsy's play calling. We know Devonte likes the playbook, but is he good at calling the proper plays at the proper time? I've seen some criticism on other channels about this, like calling 3 screen plays back to back etc.
Last half of last season, I thought that the play calling was terrible from our interim OC that had never called plays before. Then he went up in the booth for the last 4 games, and I saw dramatic improvement.
If those two things pan out, I think we can look forward to a great season.
AOC will be starter no doubt he younger and also has better throwing mechanics and is accurate af when he has time
Dylan Parham is good. They need to just play him at right guard where he's comfortable, instead of flipping him to the other side for no reason like carmen briscilos dumbass did. Also JC Latham is not worth that high of a pick. He has slow feet and is incredibly overweight. Plus, he doesn't fit Getsys zone scheme, and thayer munford is like an equivalent pass blocker with similar issues imo.

Everyone has a chance at the title every year. I do believe the RAIDERS have a decent chance depending on offense production, but with all my heart Aidan O'Connell is going to surprise the shit out of Everyone this year. Just wait and see.

We have a great roster but unfortunately QB will hold us back I don't buy the AOC hype job by the fan base for a second he was awful last season with a very low ceiling, Minshew has been a career back-up for a reason
I see about 9 wins with a ceiling of 10 if everything goes right we still have a good enough roster to be in the playoff conversation, if we actually had a QB I'd be saying 12 or more wins

I see a bung of guys and gals having fun, some making a living, not paying any attention to what is really going on. And to put AO12 behind minchew ‘mania’ is asinine when out of AP’s mouth,”Aiden is our starter”. How come you ytgm’s ain’t hearing that. I hope minchew wins the job because if he beats out what Aiden is becoming then the Raiders will be great. Straight disrespect to how the Raiders got where they are. Raiders had an A- grade overall. The reason why is that the athletes and the talent would be shown better if they were picked by the media favorite teams. You know who you are.

Have you read many of the comments below? Typical Raider fans...thinking we're going to the Super Bowl with this team! Winning the AFC West! What? Most Raider fans are delusional. We have KC (Patrick Mahommes) and the Bolts (If you didn't notice they really improved their OL this off season and have Herbert) in our division. I agree with many of your assessments in particular the 8-9 wins this season. I loved how AOC developed last year...I'm a fan. Minshew could break out this year due to his improved supporting cast which he really hasn't had one like this roster in the past. You need a QB to win in the NFL and we're hoping. White played like a starting back the last few games of the season and I had Mattison on my fantasy team last season and he was a bust in the primary RB role. Defense was top 10 last year and only improved this year while retaining our coordinator, Graham. We'll compete (we have AP as our coach) and hopefully, with a few balls bouncing our way could slip into the playoffs but I'm not expecting it to happen...I've been a Raider fan for 40 years and have been let down too often to have high expectations. One Nation, under AL, Indivisible with Victory and ____________ for all. Can someone help me fill in the blank?...I've been trying for years to figure that one out.

I'm not too sure if you've listened to or have heard Telesco's interviews after the draft but they'd I'd try to trade up. But it just wasn't a way to.ifno team wants to trade, ththey can not force it! Yes, it would have been great to draft a Penix or someone buttheyjust get get the opportunity to do so!

I;m happy with QB room. Neither QB has trouble with ball management. With that "D", the Superbowl is obtainable. Minshew and O'Connel can be the next Brad Johnson and Trent Dilfer.
