When he starts playing with his magic voice, everybody in the audience just shuts up. Such a great song, it makes me cry every time. Thank you Alyne for sharing it.
i played along to this song and then right when i was done this video switched to this one and i thought that WOO at the beginning was someone hearing me play...
aha this is awesome , I love this song , and the speech is cool " I don't know how to play it anymore ..." and well I know the chords and really it is not so easy to play, thanks so much for sharing :) greetings from France ;)
I wouldn't doubt that the lady that yelled "Free Bird" was a friend or fan being silly or jibing him. He seemed to be quite comfortable and in sync with that crowd hence the beautiful performance. I could be wrong and she may have been serious, we'll probably never know.
One of the subtler key changes you'll hear, sounds so natural. Brilliant songwriter.
It's such an odd move, modulating down a step. But it's so he can sing it an octave up. Really cool.
@@pr00de maybe inspired by the key change in the beatles' penny lane
I miss him

This is by far 'one of ' the best live recording by Elliott I've heard. Thanks for the Up.

He knew what he was going to play the entire time. hah.
I read somewhere that he’s just buying time to think of what he wants, and usually gives up and goes with the first or last suggestion
Thats a very nice performance of the song! I love it

an airless cell
