“Whistle Blower “ positions are often eliminated with no recourse unless the position is created again. There are specific rules that the terminated employee can research. The same type of termination occurred to me when I was employed as a Risk Analyst at a joint-powers Agency. In my case they “eliminated the Department”. They pulled a fast turnaround after I pointed out they were required to have Risk Analysts. I was effectively frozen out of return by them imposing a time frame for responding that I was unable to meet due to circumstances beyond my control. Not a Great Look for Bruce Coons and SOHO.
