I found someone selling this figure the day after I watched this video, and at retail price too in the same country, lmao what a weird coincidence, I heard it was rare so I guess I got lucky

The only complaint I might have is that she doesn't have her iconic shimapan. XD
That being said, she isn't any more of an anime character than those from Street Fighter, since she has not been in any anime, just like any of the Vocaloids.
