In this video, I mixed feed for the milk herd, milked cows and put LED lights in the hood of the Case 2290. Thanks for watching! Larsen Lights-www.larsenligh...
One of the best upgrades for lighting is the LED. They produce much more light, use very little electric, don’t produce heat and work great in cold weather. The best thing I have done in a while, was to change my lighting in the barn to LED strip lights. Now I can actually see what i’m doing.
Great job, Trenton! Your family got be real proud of you👍👍👍, keep up the good work, wish you could post more often. See you on the next one, hope the weather gets better....and maybe ready for some field work. Be safe.
I have watched since...well, very early and your skill in making a video has steadily increased. This video, however, was a huge leap forward. The whole video is more relaxed and conversational. You seem super relaxed in front of the camera. Everything about the video was chill, yet still informative and awesome to watch. Well done. N ice to see the 870 fired up!
Stellar stuff Trenton! This video, just like the rest of your videos, is an excellent "How to earn RESPECT" video. You definitely have earned mine over the years. As always, love to see you caring and interacting with your animals and machines. Great to see you preventing problems and fixing problems. Impressed by your understanding of history and doing things the right way because of the history you are making. I greatly appreciate all the things I've learned from your channel and from you! Well done.
As always another great video Trenton! Nice vlog on updating lights on the tractor. LED lights should make a big difference! You sure do a lot of bending over for the two hours of milking!
Hello Trenton ! I’m from Indian lived on a farm all my life until got married. We got uses a gas generator for our barn during server storms can’t remember the wattage .You should invest in a gas generator that will hold the power for the milking parlor . And one for the house. Yea that would be something interesting to look into on making it easy and quicker to milk and letting cows out in from instead of backing the cows out.my first time watching your videos interesting to watch.
Good job of upgrading the lights on the tractors. Great video, you have grown in your camera presence. That with your strong work ethic will serve you well in your future endeavors.
Hello Trenton, really enjoyed this video. That bull has a mind of his own lol. Interesting how the cows know what stall to go into. Hope things are going good good for you stay safe bud blessing to you and all see you in the next episode
I liked what you said about time travel. Mainly because the last time I spent any real time on a farm (other than a brief visit) was the summer I spent on my uncle's dairy farm 53 years ago . I actually found the dairy farm side of UA-cam looking for videos to see how things have changed because I was writing a story with a dairy farmer for a main character. First change was it was harder to find family farms (which was what I was looking for because relating to my uncle's) but I"ve found them. It is disappointing that the amount of family farms are shrinking and giving way to factory farms. I basically had an absence of a half a century so it is kind of a trip. Even the milking machines are different. I do enjoy videos you do of the farm's history or the older farmers in your family reminiscing. I think it's an age thing and then you remind me that it's also of interest to the young and not just a nostalgia thing.
@@Oak_Hollow lol - I wrote that wall of text and I see you already follow 10th Generation Dairyman. We must be at least somewhat on the same page. Sorry if I came off at all defensive.
Awesome video. You are always thinking of things for the dairy shed and the cows and improving it all the time so awesome to watch . Has a cow ever pooped on you in the milking parla 😅?
Good. Or I have Trenton. See the farm is still going. Keeping the cows feed, tractors greased and fueled. Nice, do you do any 4 H clubs and or other things through school. Love for you to let us see the world too. Your world. On and off the farm. Well you take care, thanks for the farm update. Awesome work.
Do you see the Funky Farmer in the UK Maby, you could give him some tips on what kind of farm boots the farmers use here in the USA he is having trouble with them not lasting more than three months.
It’s has been lately but it normally shouldn’t. It needs the pto clutches rebuilt in it. Probably be a good winter project for next year if it stays working. It’s not used much so it’s not a big deal.
It is amazing to me how the cows line up and find their own stalls to be milked. I like showing this to the nutty vegans I know who think that farming is cruel. I like seeing how you still use a Bobcat 743 which I have not seen around here in at least a decade. Better to keep the old tractors going versus the new electronically controlled equipment. Hope you never get rid of your monster sized Gehl skid steer.
I really like the 2290 and the 2294! They sound like they are itchin' to roll the minute they are started! Thanks for washin' the 2290 Trenton and the replacement job on the lights. She looks good! Like you tellin' us about the cows too! Sounds Ike Burly is up to keepin' you "on your toes" as usual! Good times at the dairy! Thank ya'll for dairy farmin', fixin' and feedin' 🇺🇸 !!

Hi Trenton, I like the way you keep prepared for the unexpected.

Great work Trenton. Reminds me of all the different jobs you get to do on a dairy farm. You're a jack of all trades!

@@kevinklingner7712 Huh?
What do you think makes a farm "family" vs "factory"?

First time watching. Great video. Is your farm located in Mifflin County? Picture really looks familiar.
Good video Trenton 👍👍👍👍
Nice video I enjoyed it.
thank you
How do you look so awake at 4:30 in the morning ?
Great video as always Trenton. Each time the cows are milked does each cow always go back to the same milking pen?
Thank you! Yes they do
Awesome video. You are always thinking of things for the dairy shed and the cows and improving it all the time so awesome to watch .

I like that discbine on the 870, looks handy for road travel. Does the PTO run all the time on the 870 ?

At what time ya start milking? Nice vid btw!
Great 🖒🐂🖒
Do you use any technology for your field management.
Do you burn the used bale wrap?
Can't really see much in the dark
Yeah I know. That’s one thing I wish Go Pro would improve on. The footage from them in the dark is not the best quality.
Most guys watching this would trade with their cubicle loser job to work with dirty cows but can’t
