Thank you for sharing your talent to the average person. Few people has the ability to transmit knowledge so interestingly as you do. It obviously has to do with the amplitude of knowledge you have in this mater, and the resonance and clear voice you have the blessing to possess.

I'm glad this video exists, the other day I tried to write a poem and I feel like it was a disaster and I always struggle to connect to poems

You open the poem(s) to have many layers, dimensions and angles especially when extracting meaning in the pursuit for happiness facing adversity of some degree. At times, when its a romantic or dramatic topic, you remove the veil from a poem through deep thought and theories. I hope to see more videos. You have a gift to teach and share the power of knowledge through the art medium of poetry! Well done🎉

Phew. On the one hand I fear for all the time I'll have to spend and """miss out""" on so many other reads I wish to embark upon, but on the other, the idea of just skimming the horizon and not look at the trees, the rocks and the rhyming and rythm of the poems little painted landscape , leaving a sense of wasted time and wasted art, is more pressing. These videos are amazing.

How funny-I was just in Rome with my daughter and I read the new book on Keats’ journey from England to Rome, Writ On Water. We spent a lot of time by the Spanish steps and at the Protestant cemetery there (also eating ice cream etc!). This video gave me even more context for his life, his work and his final days. It also gave me additional layers of context for other poetry I love. This video was so well structured; thank you!

Thank you Adam for your inspiring lectures. I have come to poetry late in life from a scientific backgound. I have a particular affinity for some of the work of Shelley that I am slowly working through.I find parts of it truly moving.
