It's a retired Tim Holtz stencil called Iron Works.

I’ve been trying to find out what kind or brand of watercolors bring such bright colors? I’ve never seen watercolors so bright. Can anyone explain? I’ve looked through the supplies list and can’t tell from there. Thanks. Edit: Acrylics. That’s why I’ve not tried watercolors-I like brights better.
