now that i am watching it again , the time when claire put her fingers on her neck on reaction to cid's possible intention..its same or maybe a bit of lower level than iris in ep 19
basically he always throws such intention at his enemies while playing around but iris and claire were the only one who reacted to it (maybe some instinctual power from training or talent)
